Fine, Ph.D., Founder and Chairman of the Campaign for Judicial Integrity (CFJI) stated: “On June 3, we can change California from the most corrupt judicial system in U.S. history to a system where judges are not receiving immunity from criminal prosecution for taking “bribes”. In 2009, California enacted SBX 2 11. This gave  90% of the California’s judges immunity from criminal prosecution for taking illegal payments [“bribes”] from counties and courts appearing before them in cases. Federal prosecutors, the U.S. Congress, and the U.S. courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court did nothing to stop the corruption and “bribes”, thereby destroying our constitutional rights.
