The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads: "To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty." The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry, now get this, on all private guns and ammo.
Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

the “committee” on your campus that is making demands about
the removal of the Confederate flags from the tomb of
General Robert E. Lee. They threaten “civil disobedience”
if their demands are not met. Fine. Let them be
“disobedient” and kick them off campus. Our Southern
history and heritage has been under attack for many years
and has gotten worse in recent times. We must not give in
to those who believe in and preach rewritten history and
besmirch our good ancestors. Cultural genocide is what it
is and we must stand firm and not back down. To give even a
fraction of ground to these people serves only to strengthen
their resolve and encourage more attacks against us. Many
of these people have no clue about our real history. Also,
many of them do know our real history, but do not want the
truth to be told. They wish to continue our nation down the
path of mythology and lies. If these reprobates do not
approve of the flags on campus, then they are free to attend

Lee.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of
of Population Affairs (OPA) oversees the Title X program. OPA funds a
network of 4,400 family planning centers which serve about five
million clients a yearii. Services are provided through state, county,
and local health departments; community health centers; Planned Parenthood centers;
and hospital-based, school-based, faith-based, other private nonprofits.
Title X staff are specially trained to meet the contraceptive needs of individuals with
limited English proficiency, teenagers, and those confronting complex medical and personal
issues such as substanceabuse, disability, homelessness or interpersonal and domestic violence.

The Confederate Society of America raised this fact at a meeting nearly 18 years ago and asked WHY we were NOT proceeding with Legal Actions to restore OUR Confederate Government that had NEVER SURRENDERED, as you point out herein & below.
We have been stating this FACT along with many others for nearly 22 years come this June.
At that meeting of nearly 18 years ago, I asked this question and addressed it to a ‘Leader’ within the SCV Hierarchy- the same Hierarchy that did nothing in 1991 when the NAACP issued its infamous Declaration of War against all things Southern and most particularly, Confederate.
The answer I got was unbelievable: “It’s NOT
time yet!”
Now it is 2014 and the Usurpation of the Republic’s Constitution and Declaration is under total Siege.
I declare it WAS TIME 18 years ago and MUST be advanced Immediately as OUR Country, the Confederacy, remains a subjugated Nation whose Confederation represented every bit what the Original Republic stood for.

It has probably been around two decades now since I first made the observation that the War of Northern Aggression solved nothing, (it was never intended to) except to demonstrate who had the most money, men, and guns. All the problems attendant to that War remain with us today–and some of the folks in the Western states are now beginning to realize that.
Just today (4/24) I saw a short article on http://libertycrier.com that plainly stated: “While the debate continues over Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s dispute with federal land managers, supporters in nearby Southern Utah say the much publicized quarrel has brought the issue of states’ rights to the forefront. ‘I think the Bundy issue is just a symptom of the many issues that are out there,’ said Washington Country Commissioner Alan Gardner. Gardner said the dispute raised awareness for states’ rights issues and energized those who feel the federal government has too much control over the public lands in Western States.” [...]
