TRANSPARENCY-BARACK OBAMA'S
BEST-KEPT SECRET: PART 7
In the first of my last two letters
(transparancy 5 & 6) I elaborated on why Barack Obama's constant boasts of
being "transparent" were bald-faced lies. The second letter dealt with his
completely ignoring Army Lt.Col.Terrence Lakin, an American who gave eighteen
years of faithful service to our Country, receiving, among other commendations,
the Bronze Star. After hearing of many challenges to Obama's Presidential
eligibility Col.Lakin wrote to him for confirmation that he had been
Constitutionaly elected, and, therefore entitled to command our Military. Since
Obama and the Colonel had both taken similar oaths to defend The Constitution,
Col.Lakin simply wanted Obama to put this issue to rest. One year later,
having received no response, Col.Lakin refused a re-deployment overseas
until Obama offered valid proof of his eligibility. Sadly,Obama's non-response
hastened a court-martial of Col.Lakin. At his trial, the presiding Judge warned
Col.Lakin's attorneys that anything which might "embarrass" Obama could not be
entered into the proceedings. Even if evidence confirmed that he fraudulently
obtained the Presidency (a treasonable offense) it would have been inadmissable
because Obama's actions were of no concern to the Court.
Embarrassment trumped Truth as justice was banned from the courtroom
and Col.Lakin suffered a guilty verdict, resulting in a dishonorable
discharge, imprisonment and loss of all pay and benefits. Is this how America
rewards its faithful Military?
I now concentrate on the silent Major
Media, Obama's most subservient ally. A major function of the Media was to keep
America aware of how well our elected officials adhere to the Constitution, a
document purchased by the blood of our Founders. By concealing important news
from the Public the Major Media betrayed our Country while pretending to be its
eyes and ears. Sentinals of Truth became saboteurs of Society. Hundreds of
lawsuits from Caucasions,African-Americans, Hispanics and other plaintiffs
challenging Obama's claim of "natural-born" American citizenship have been
ignored by the Media: ads challenging his eligibility....rejected; hundreds of
thousands challenging him with e-mail petitions....ignored. reporters chastized
for bringing up the issue.A CBS nationwide advertising site subsidiary refused
to lease any site to Worldnet Daily for electronic signposts which simply read
"Where's the Birth Certificate?" Four simple words yet CBS knew they pertained
to Obama. Truly, a guilty conscience needs no accuser. With few exceptions, The
Media treats Obama's birth certificate issue as a non-issue. Who cares if his
allegiance to our Constitution never existed? America cares-that's who! All who
ridicule those who question his legitimacy refer to Constitutional Defenders as
"birthers" to confuse the issue and they call challengers "fringe groups",
"radicals", "racial bigots" or "treasonable, misguided people". Asking Obama to
verify his legitimacy is not treason....concealing an ineligible
identity so as to "steal" the Presidency, however, is! He could have
resolved this issue easily by suppling a valid Certificate of Live
Birth(had any existed) for about fifty dollars in mailing costs but he opted to
spend 3-4 million dollars to prevent any disclosure of such a document. Fifty
dollars vs 3-4 Million Dollars. Why would
anyone spend so much to avoid any disclosure? The obvious answer....to avoid any
disclosure. Obama destroyed Col.Lakin's career rather than allow his own to come
crashing down. Does anyone still doubt why Col.Lakin's letters went
unanswered?
Fox News, though vocally critical of the
"Stimulus" plans, "Czar appointees", etc.,will not mention the existence of
eligibility lawsuits in the courts. Bill O'Reilly of Fox claimed he saw a
valid Obama birth certificate but later retracted his claim when informed
that what Fox actually viewed was a fraudulent "Certification of Live Birth",
not a "Certificate of Live Birth", a required document for legitimizing
Presidential eligibility.O'Reilly also said that two newspapers clippings
reporting Obama's "supposed" Hawaiian birth confirmed his eligibility. Later,
after being told that in 1961 anyone could have prepared an Hawaiian birth
certificate form and reported it to the Newspapers, O'Reilly is still
"parroting" his false claim and has the audacity each night to tell America
"we're looking out for you " and claim that his show is "fair and balanced". He
repeatedly mocked anyone asking Obama to release his original birth certificate
to public scrutiny yet Obama had his records sealed from view, including viewing
by Fox News. O'Reilly was either woefully ignorant , kept it hidden, or was
restrained from mentioning itl Most saddening was when he did a show on
Col.Lakin's impending court-martial without the Colonel present to defend
himself and used it as a sarcastic, demeaning satire against him. Contrast
O'Reilly's words "I believe Colonel Lakin was trying to make a political point"
with the Colonel's "My vow to defend The Constitution demanded that I
sacrifice my career." Col.Lakin's words confirmed his fidelty to our
Constitution and loyalty to his oath-traits sorely lacking in Obama. Virtually
all Major Media Outlets have maintained silence about the eligibility trials, in
particular the shameful one which Col.Lakin endured. How long will
MSNBC,FOX,CNN and all the others remain silent?
Today, millions are aware of Obama's
deception. To those who claim his eligibility has been authenticated by proof
which he provided, I remind them proof consisting of fraudulent and/ or
ineligible documents is merely proof of fraud and ineligibility and Obama is an
expert at using fraudulent documents. Ask him for a valid "Certificate of
Live Birth", his 1981 passport to Pakistan, his original Social Security or
college records and his silence becomes deafening! This is but a portion of
Obama's tales of deceit. The full pain and sorrow which he has inflicted on
those standing up for God andCountry cannot be imagined. When asked to produce
valid documents to confirm his eligibility he has answered requests by
submitting fraudulent documents or by forcing over 100 lawsuits to proceed
against him, at taxpayers expense, or by silence. Glenn Beck referred to any
questioning Obama's eligibility as "dumb" We are speaking about
Presidential eligibility, an issue which our Founders fought and died for and
considered enough to become the Second Article in The Constitution-not a
footnote or suggestion. How "dumb" is it to insist that Obama resolve this issue
by authorizing release of a valid birth certificate, as well as other relevant
documents. The actions which Beck scorned are demands for
TRANSPARENCY.
In our nation's history only one
"Commander-in-Chief" deliberately concealed the existence(or non-existence) of a
valid "Certificate of Live Birth"....Barack Obama, formerly known as(to
name a few), Barry Soetoro,,Barack Hussein Obama II, Soebarkah and Barack
Dunham. When filling out forms which required him to indicate other names he was
known by, he answered "none". That's not mispelling-that's lying! A man whose
national allegiance is unknown to America is ruling us and our Military and
determining our future survival or demise,yet those facts are quietly kept
secret by the Media. None offer legitimate arguments in defense of his
eligibility. How well his students have learned from their
master.
Here are a few more items the Media
overlooked in keeping America well-informed. The Governor of Hawaii vowed to
secure a valid birth certificate from his Dept.of Health but came up
empty-handed! Sheriff Joseph Arpaio of Arizona, after a long investigative
process which resulted in a declaration that the documents which Obama declared
legitimate were, in fact, fraudulent, and,
most significant-NO HAWAIIAN HOSPITAL
WILL ACKNOWLEDGE OBAMA'S BIRTH IN THEIR FACILITY- that's no,
as in NONE! All newsworthy items which should have reached our Nation, yet,
didn't.
To those, who, like Glenn Beck, consider
Constitutional Defenders "dumb", I would like them to reconsider how smart
Barack Obama was. Someone who lost their Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth
would have petitioned the Dept.of Health for a valid replacement, not a
fraudulent Certification of Live Birth, or even a legitimate one since it was a
limited document and could not confirm Presidential eligibility. Obama, a
Constitutional teacher, knew this yet allowed his copy(branded fraululent by
experts) to pass as legitimate in 2008. Later, when States began talking about
requiring a long-form "Certificate of Live Birth" from Presidential aspirants
for 2012, lo and behold, Obama claimed a missing long-form copy was found. When,
however, his"miraculous" find was also declared fraudulent he quicklky removed
it from public viewing. Any Major outcry....none! If not for their complicity in
keeping this information secret I believe Glenn Beck's "dumb" remark would have
been directed not at Constitutional Defenders but at Constitutional
Offenders,led by Barack Obama, the man who often claimed familiarity with
"transparency". Familiarity ? He doesn't even exhibit a "nodding acquaintance"
with the term.
CLOSING
I am closing this part with another
example of what I earlier referred to as "bald-faced" lies which roll easily off
Barack Obama's tongue. During the 2012 election run he admonished Mitt Romney
for not showing twelve years of tax returns, with these words:"Those seeking the
White House must know their life is an open book." This from a man who will not
even reveal the contents on page one of his own "open book"....his birth
certificate.
