Barack Obama’s Internal Revenue Service is in the hot seat again. A new Inspector General report incriminates the agency for failure to reign in its propensity for making erroneous payments – costing taxpayers at least $100 billion and possibly as high as $134 billion.
Yet, the IRS will see unprecedented growth in its staffing levels and a windfall of funding to infuse the agency with elevated authority to super-agency status.
The IRS must be investigated for its scandalous actions before it becomes too monstrous to put in its place! Please see my update below – Mat.

The IRS is doling out money to recipients who are not eligible as part of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), including illegal immigrants – who pay no taxes. The bureaucrats in charge of the EITC know of the problem but they have failed to fix it.
Perhaps because the EITC program is closely akin to “income redistribution,” IRS managers wishing to please the ultra-liberal Obama administration haven’t given the issue their full attention. But it’s a problem that has cost American taxpayers dearly.
++The IRS can’t be trusted to enforce ObamaCare.
In a matter of months, the federal bureaucrats of the IRS will be ObamaCare’s chief enforcement officers. And the person running the enforcement division, Sarah Hall Ingram, is the very same woman who ran the IRS tax-exempt division when the targeting of conservative groups began!
Sara Ingram is an Obama operative – and the IRS has become the Obama bully squad.
This powerful and feared federal agency is rife with scandals from mismanagement, fraud, lawlessness, and the oppression of the American people. Now they’re tasked with the enforcement of ObamaCare – to collect fines and to make sure that you and I are in compliance with the law.
ObamaCare’s
intrusion into your medical decisions is as close to “Big Brother” as
we have ever imagined could exist in America – and the IRS has been
tapped to be Big Brother’s enforcement arm.
++There’s more behind the IRS scandals than meets the eye.
The current IRS scandals have implications far beyond the targeting of “tea party” and conservative groups and the misspending of taxpayer dollars.
These scandals are also about flagrant mismanagement and the power of a government agency to infiltrate, coerce, intimidate, and ultimately destroy the lives and livelihoods of the American citizens it was created to serve.
The federal government was designed by our Founding Fathers to serve the citizens – not the other way around!
We clearly see that under the Obama administration, the IRS has amassed an unprecedented amount of power – and it is badly abusing that power with virtually no accountability!
We must never back down to the leftist bullies who seek to destroy our system of government and undermine our rights as Americans.

We have been aggressively calling for a complete investigation of the IRS to hold bureaucrats responsible accountable for their actions – no matter how high up the chain of authority this outrage is traced.

Counsel and a full investigation into the politicization of the IRS!
