Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (November 16th, 2017)
Ed Note:
New evidence surfaced in the Bundy kangaroo court proceedings (Las Vegas) that cannot be covered-up by rogue Judge Navarro. Evidence shows that (current) prosecutors in the Bundy case were at the Bundy stand-off with BLM SWAT Team agents when cowboys and patriots came within seconds of being shot by agents and vice versa. After a BLM SWAT Team leader stated "you will be shot if you proceed," the stand-off came to an immediate end when a group of 150 to 200 patriots advanced forward.
It has also been revealed, at least 3 web cameras (focused on the Bundy ranch home) were in place days BEFORE agents stormed the area, rounding-up approximately 160 head of cattle from Cliven Bundy. The entire episode was a set-up for political gain and we know Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) had his dirty fingers all over the attempt to run the Bundy's off their property to pave the way for Reid's lawyer son's negotiations with the Chinese government to buy-up BLM land for a project.
Public Lands belong to the people and not to the government. The BLM was installed to manage those lands for OUR use, but yet there are "Carpet Baggers" in government positions, i.e., John McCain and others that make backroom deals to steal portions of Public Lands for corporations, both domestic and international, thus benefitting by accepting campaign donations from those same companies and governments in-order to B.S. the public into giving-up land for "progress and jobs."
Career politicians come into their elected position with thousands of dollars and after a few years, they become millionaires.
The exact same scenario played-out in Burns Oregon where uranium is abundant while ranchers were systematically removed in-order to allow the Clintons access for what has now become the Uranium One scandal. The Bundy's went to Oregon to protest the second arrest of Rancher Hammond of whom refused to sell his land to the government. The result of their actions to fight government corruption caused the death of Rancher Lavoy Finicum during a State Police and FBI ambush.
"The indicted FBI agent allegedly fired two shots at Finicum as well, both of which missed. But according to investigators, none of the five FBI agents on the scene admitted to firing a single shot."
A Portland Oregon court was a hung jury x 2 for all Bundy defendants and like Harry Reid stated...."This ain't over !"

MORE Proof of GOVT Entrapment of the Bundys – Bunkerville
Federal Prosecutors are being exposed for their underhanded tactics and entrapment setup of the Bunkerville defendants.
During a recent evidentiary hearing, Daniel Love (the Special Agent in Charge of the 2014 Bundy cattle roundup operation) called out Daniel Bogden, then-US Attorney for Nevada, as being the decision maker for the release of the cattle. Love has no problem naming names these days as he is visibly angry over being fired this past summer due to his misconduct identified by the U.S. Department of Interior’s Inspector General.
The jury in the Bundy case was selected more than a week ago, but the courtroom has been occupied with evidentiary and detention issues. On Monday, November 13, the audience spent most of the day in the hallway as Judge Navarro held “sealed” hearings with the defendants, their lawyers, and the prosecutors.
Such secret motions and proceedings have taken up an increasing proportion of the Bundy case in the past weeks. There are more questions than answers regarding these secret motions and hearings, including: are they even legal?
Every day brings new startling revelations. It has recently come to light that there are photos in the discovery which show the prosecutors in the case near the scene of the 2014 standoff, prior to the first escalation of events.
The photos were apparently taken on April 3, 2014. This was 3 days before Dave Bundy’s arrest and well before any protesters arrived. The photos show Assistant U.S. Attorney Nadia Ahmed (now one of the prosecutors of the Bundys) as well as U.S. Magistrate Judge Ferenbach at the impound site. Also present, apparently, are other members of the U.S. Attorneys office, including possibly even then-US Attorney Daniel Bogden.
