And this murder of anti-ISIS troops assured ISIS a victory over an area in which it still  holds the territory. Obama's weakness gave ISIS a big victory. It is getting very difficult to keep blaming Assad for the support of terror. The US OWNS ISIS and all the loss of life they continue to cause. Don Hank
