OBAMA IGNORING CONGRESS AND ACTING LIKE A DICTATOR (AGAIN)!

It's being widely reported that the President plans to unilaterally, without Senate approval, join China in ratifying a Paris climate agreement crafted by the United Nations.

While the President calls his proposed action an "executive agreement," members of Congress say it's really a treaty and must have Senate approval.

Article 2 of the U. S. Constitution says the President "shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur."

Putting aside the unconstitutionality of the President's actions, there are serious financial repercussions expected. According to a recent report published by The Hill ...

 

"Heritage Foundation economists estimate that American household electricity expenditures will increase 15 percent to 20 percent over the next decade as a result of the administration's global warming regulations. Because energy is such a necessary input of virtually every element of the U.S. economy, families and businesses will be hit multiple times over, leading to devastating economic consequences.

It's alarming to know the federal government is willing to bankrupt coal towns, drive up energy bills and cripple the U.S. economy..."

Barack Obama is executing his scheme to advance his lame-duck agenda in the final months of his presidency!

President Obama said he had "unfinished business" and would "leave it all on the field" in 2016. His so-called climate change initiatives are among his highest priorities — even if it means sidestepping Congress to get it done.

Daily, we are seeing the President's aggressive stance in implementing his most radical agenda through unilateral executive actions, a usurped power never sanctioned by the Constitution.

Right now, my legal team is fighting in more than 22 states to protect women and children in public restrooms because of Barack Obama insane "Bathroom Bill."

The Obama administration and his Democrat cohorts are stealthily working to diminish our First and Second Amendment rights through redirecting the dialog.

He is systematically weakening America and our ally Israel on the world stage. Now we know that he intentionally deceived Americans on the Iran deal. And he is forcing radical Islam on our nation through unconstitutional immigration actions that bypass Congress.

That's why we launched our EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN. And that's why I have directed our Liberty Counsel Action office on Capitol Hill to dedicate all necessary resources to EXPOSING and DEFEATING Barack Obama's end-of-term agenda.

P.S. Barrack Obama knows that the Senate would not ratify the U.N. climate agreement if presented to the Upper Chamber. President Obama has argued that urgent action is needed because, "No challenge poses a great threat to future generations than climate change."
