Love.
Over six years ago, I received information from Europe,
stating that a Barack Obama birth certificate copy appearing on the "Daily Kos"
Media Website was being touted by Obama as proof he was a "natural-born"
American citizen, and, therefore, eligible to seek the Presidency of the United
States of America. In reality, after examination by document experts, Obama's
document was roundly derided as a fraudulent copy of a "Certification of
Live Birth"(hereafter a COLB), a document which, under law, could not be used to
confirm presidential eligibility, since it only contained approx. 13 points of
required birth information, whereas, a valid, eligible long-form
"Certificate of Live Birth" contains approx 41 points of required information,
including the birth certificate number (blacked out on Obama's COLB), the
physician's name and the birth witnesses names, etc., all missing on Obama's
ineligible,fraudulent COLB. Obama, a former Constitutional teacher, would know
his COLB was unacceptable yet he deliberately cited it as legitimate, to deceive
our Nation and usurp our Constitution. Truth played no role in his devious
actions. He criminally used this false document to unlawfully take over our
Country.
Please reflect on the following: in the two years after
Obama introduced his fraudulent COLB he never once cited the possible existence
of a valid long-form "Certificate of Live Birth", which should have been in the
files of the Hawaiian Dept.of Health, nor did he mention the copy which would
have gone to his parents at the time of his birth.He simply continued to use his
fraudulent, illegitimate COLB posted in the Daily Kos network to justify his
claim to legitimacy, showing how naive and sheep-like he considers us
Americans.The only reason none of the above-mentioned copies were sought
was because he knew none of them existed. Therefore, the creation of
the Daily Kos fraudulent documents was to prevent his scheme from being
uncovered. When the records he originally exposed to public view were challenged
Obama then sealed all of them, including school,social security,
military-related,etc. even though any or all of them should have been enough to
verify his legitimacy and he even implied that racial prejudice motivated those
questioning him. Why? because any or all of these records, if made public, would
have exposed his deception. A simple producing of a valid "Certificate of
Live Birth", if existing, could have resolved this issue yet Obama's secrecy
is so intense that a law firm he employs refused (in writing to a Georgia court)
to comply with a federal subpoena issued by that court which ordered Obama to
produce the Certificate of Live Birth.
"No Person, except a natural-born citizen of the United States at the
time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of
President.: Article II,Section 1....US Constitution"
Approximately 233 years ago our Revolutionary War began.
When it ended, the United States of America was born, liberty proclaimed and
laws enacted under the new Constitution. At that time, John Jay wisely convinced
George Washington to include in the Constitution Article II,Section 1. a
provision limiting the Presidency and Vice-Presidency to
natural-born American citizens, so that no one with a dual-nationality or other
foreign allegiance (British, for example) could adversely affect the governance
of our Country, a provision casually ignored by many in today's political arena
who treat Article II,Section I(as well as other parts of our Constitution) as
"throwaway" pieces of legislation if they conflict with one's ambition. Even
today, many Republican Presidential aspirants are ignoring the requirements for
seeking the Office.
As more and more people challenged Barack Obama's
presidential eligibility the crumbling value of his COLB became more apparent to
him. Even had it been authentic it would have been declared an ineligible
document for a Presidential aspirant. It could have helped one obtain a
passport, social security number or even secure a license to drive a car....but
not a Nation! Also, if his COLB matched a Hawaiian Health Dept. copy, as he
claimed, that would simply have made both copies COLBs,and, consequently, both
ineligible for The Presidency, hence Obama no longer allows any document re his
birth, schooling,etc. to be viewed by anyone. Something, however, arose in 2010,
which forced him to change his tactics for defending his "claimed"
eligibility.
