Nancy Pelosi is now depending on body guards and the man she appointed to the Office of President to protect her.

Obama, the members of Congress (Democrats and Republicans) and the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court all knew in 2008 and 2012 that he was ineligible to assume the Office of President, but did not inform the voters of his ineligibility, and instead have been sending unconstitutional “legislation” to Obama to sign.

They are in fact every one of them usurpers committing treason against the United States and supplanting the sovereignty of the American people with their Oligarchy, i.e., levying war against the United States and aiding and comforting enemies of the United States within the United States and elsewhere.

They are also overtly acting in a seditious conspiracy against our representative form of government—appointing one another to positions of “authority” to protect themselves while they willfully violate and alienate our Natural God Given Rights—violating their oaths to support and defend our Constitution.

An act of treason against the United States is an overt act of “levying war against them” or of “adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere.”

An act of treason also often involves a seditious conspiracy by those in government against the government.

The government belongs to the American people, not to those who work as their employees.

Nancy Pelosi and numerous others in Congress and in the Supreme Court are in fact acting in a seditious conspiracy against our government.

The framework and standards of our government are set in our Constitution and other laws.

Treason (Article III, Section 3 U.S. Constitution)

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

Treason (18 U.S. Code § 2381):

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Seditious conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 2384) is a crime under United States law.

It is stated as follows:

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.”

NOTE: If Obama is not an American citizen then he is not committing treason, but he is nonetheless a usurper and acting in a seditious conspiracy against our representative form of government. And Americans in our government who are willfully violating their oaths to support and defend our Constitution are enemy combatants who, by their unconstitutional acts, have negated their authority.

An act of treason is not a political disagreement between political parties, where members of one party accuse members of another party of treason, but is a decision by a person or persons (conspiracy) to betray the United States.

The members of Congress (both Democrats and Republicans) and the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as other American citizens in our government who have thoroughly corrupted (broken) the chain of command in our government by willfully and arrogantly violating their oaths to support and defend the United States Constitution—refusing to enforce the United States Constitution, have in fact left the American people with a single decision to make — to defend the Constitution themselves or continue to be slaves.

NOTE: The United States of America is now being occupied by both foreign and domestic enemies.

All the persons who are to serve the people, but are willfully violating their oaths, (i.e., traitors), should heed what Algernon Sidney, a man who was revered on both sides of the Atlantic and who in fact greatly influenced all of our Founding Fathers, wrote:  “There must therefore be a right, of proceeding judicially or extra-judicially against all persons who transgress the laws; or else those laws, and the societies that should subsist by them, cannot stand; and the ends for which governments are constituted, together with the governments themselves, must be overthrown. …

If he be justly accounted an enemy of all, who injures all; he above all must be the public enemy of a nation, who by usurping power over them, does the greatest and most public injury that a people can suffer. For which reason, by an established law among the most virtuous nations, every man might kill a tyrant; and no names are recorded in history with more honor, than of those who did it. …

They know how to preserve their liberty, or to vindicate the violation of it; and the more patient they have been, the more inflexible they are when they resolve to be so no longer. Those who are so foolish to put them upon such courses, do to their cost find that there is a difference between lions and asses; and he is a fool who knows not that swords were given to men, that none might be slaves….”*

NOTE: Our government is not the problem, our Constitution and other formal laws setting the framework and standards for government are in place: It is all those individuals in our government who are committing treason and conspiring against our government—violating their oaths—they are the problem.

American citizens in our government who are supporting and defending Obama (a man they know to be a usurper during a time of war and, therefore a spy) instead of the United States Constitution, are in fact aiding and comforting the enemy within the United States and elsewhere.

As stated above, the act of aiding and comforting the enemy in the United States is an act of treason against the United States and is punishable by death.

Also, American citizens claiming to work in the people’s government who have knowingly passed unconstitutional “legislation,” (e.g., the “Patriot Act”), and many other unconstitutional “laws,” (e.g., the “Affordable Care Act”), and sent them to Obama to sign, are committing treason. They know very well that every“law,” “executive order” and “appointment” Obama has signed is void ab initio.

NOTE: Obama’s trespass in our White House and the members of Congress and justices in the Supreme Court refusing to support and defend our Constitution have in fact willfully supplanted the Sovereignty of the American people with their Oligarchy.

They cannot be allowed to continue.

If, in the following video, the “laws” referred to are not in reference to the United States Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution, (the Supreme Law of the Land), then I agree. The fact is that the American people do not violate unconstitutional “laws,” because unconstitutional “law”s are void.

The people have the formal authority under their Natural God Given Right to defend themselves, under our Declaration of Independence and under our Constitution to arm themselves and to violently remove all persons in their government who commit treason against the United States.

Do not be fooled, calling an army a “Department” does not necessarily make it a “Department”. 

The name of an army does not always reflect its actual purpose.

Overtly assembling a domestic army, (e.g., “Department of Homeland Security” founded under the unconstitutional “Patriot Act”), to enforce the “Patriot Act” and other unconstitutional “legislation” constitutes a levying of war against the United States.

Therefore, the people, their numerous peaceful protests having been thoroughly ignored by their employees may at any time now violently defend the United States of America and their posterity.

And if they do, they will do so formally in accordance with the law.

NOTE: Every army, no matter what its name, actually assembled to enforce unconstitutional “laws,” and by force, intimidation and extortion does so, is an army that is committing treason, even if that army is claimed by Americans in our government to be for “security”.  

And when Americans in our government assemble and use such an army to subject American citizens to unconstitutional “legislation” to aid, comfort and protect an enemy of the United States within the United States or elsewhere, including putting the enemy in the highest offices of our nation, (e.g., the usurper Obama and Muslim Brotherhood), even in our Department of Defense, it is a fact that the United States has been invaded and is now occupied by foreign and domestic enemies.

NOTE: When Norway was occupied by the Nazis during World War II the underground in Norway would make miniature coffins, put the name of a Nazi officer on a card in the coffin and deliver it to the door of wherever the officer spent his nights. Without fail, before the end of the next day (within 24 hours) each Nazi officer who received a miniature coffin was executed.
