And the main one that has been used historically is [to] try to impeach him. I mean, is that ever considered?' asked Kelly... Kelly's willingness to ask the difficult questions is largely why her nightly Fox News show has been such a success."

It just keeps getting worse for Barack Hussein Obama -- and it couldn't happen to a more appropriate politician. Now he has ANOTHER scandal on his hands -- we're now discovering that he KNEW about the Veterans Affairs health care debacle... as far back as 2008! According to an explosive story in the Washington Times:

"The Obama administration received clear notice more than five years ago that VA medical facilities were reporting inaccurate waiting times and experiencing scheduling failures that threatened to deny veterans timely health care -- problems that have turned into a growing scandal. Veterans Affairs officials warned the Obama-Biden transition team in the weeks after the 2008 presidential election that the department shouldn't trust the wait times that its facilities were reporting."

VA personnel were falsifying reports to hide delays in medical care. Those delays led to the untimely DEATHS of many veterans -- including FORTY at just ONE facility in Arizona! Obama knew for over FIVE YEARS -- and he chose to do NOTHING, even as veterans continued to die.

And now, Obama is OBVIOUSLY worried -- which means YOUR EFFORTS are having an impact!

How do we know he's worried? Because Obama has hired a Top Criminal Attorney as his White House lawyer! As veteran White House reporter Keith Koffler reported:

"If I suddenly told you I was hiring Johnny Cochran to be my attorney... you'd be pretty sure I'm in some kind of really serious trouble. Or if your wife mentioned she had hired a lawyer, and you found out the attorney specializes in... divorce. You'd probably start checking some apartment listings.

Which brings us to the strange case of President Obama's decision to hire Neil Eggleston to be his new White House Counsel... Eggleston is the kind of guy you go to when someone tells you, 'time to lawyer up.' He's a veteran at cleaning up ethics messes for politicians, most notably Bill Clinton, whom he aided during the Whitewater probes and the Monica Lewinsky affair..."

It's pretty obvious: Obama has hired a Criminal Defense Lawyer because the evidence keeps piling up in the Benghazi cover-up scandal!

The evidence DOES keep piling up: Did you know that the Washington Post "Fact Checker" blog investigated Sen. Rand Paul's (R-KY) claim that "no one was fired" at the State Department as a result of the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi -- deaths which included the U.S. ambassador, J. Christopher Stevens?

And did you know that the Post found that Sen. Paul was ONE HUNDRED PERCENT CORRECT in making that claim?

"While we were on August break, the State Department suddenly announced that the four State Department officials had been returned to active duty and would face no further disciplinary action. This development only recently came to our attention, or else we would have updated this column earlier. Paul turns out to have been entirely correct, and so he earns a coveted Geppetto Checkmark."

So... even the liberal media is forced to admit that "Paul was proved right when State announced in August (when most of Washington is away)" that NO ONE HAS BEEN FIRED over Benghazi!

That's just one more item which, along with the recent SMOKING GUN emails, show the Obama White House was involved in a major cover-up of the Benghazi scandal! As the Washington Free Beacon reported:

"Previously unreleased internal Obama administration emails show that a coordinated effort was made in the days following the Benghazi terror attacks to portray the incident as 'rooted in [an] Internet video, and not [in] a broader failure or policy.' Emails sent by senior White House adviser Ben Rhodes to other top administration officials reveal an effort to insulate President Barack Obama from the attacks that killed four Americans...

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said that the emails show the White House was most concerned with insulating Obama. 'Now we know the Obama White House's chief concern about the Benghazi attack was making sure that President Obama looked good,' Fitton said in a statement. 'And these documents undermine the Obama administration's narrative that it thought the Benghazi attack had something to do with protests or an Internet video. Given the explosive material in these documents, it is no surprise that we had to go to federal court to pry them loose from the Obama State Department,' Fitton said."

According to a report in The Blaze, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) is set to announce the formation of a select committee to investigate the 2012 Benghazi attacks. "Boehner had been cool to the idea of forming a committee to probe the attacks that left four Americans dead, but sources close to the speaker say a new email released this week showing that the Obama administration sought to downplay initial reports of terrorism was the 'straw that broke the camel's back.'"

More and more big names are starting to step out in favor of impeaching Barack Hussein Obama. In a surprise appearance at the recent Western Conservative Conference, actor Steven Seagal, the star of multiple action-hero movies, made a shocking announcement:

"What I have to say is quite serious. What I want to say is that never in my life did I ever believe that our country would be taken over by people, like the people who are running it at this day... If the truth about Benghazi were to come out now, I don't think that this man will make it through his term. I THINK HE WILL BE IMPEACHED."

YOU READ THAT RIGHT: Steven Seagal -- who has not only been a mega-star actor, but also a deputy sheriff in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana -- doesn't just think Barack Obama should be impeached for High Crimes and Misdemeanors; he believes there's a good chance Obama WILL be impeached "if the truth about Benghazi were to come out now" -- and now IT HAS!

Do you think it can't be done? Well, the Democrats believe it CAN be done -- in fact, they're SCARED TO DEATH that we finally WILL! Just look at this frightened "emergency email" sent out by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to their supporters recently, as reported by the Daily Caller:

"The email, subject line 'Impeachment,' was sent to Obama for America supporters, imploring them to contribute to the DNC's 2014 efforts. 'What do these people all have in common?,' the email asked, featuring quotes from Republican Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Rep. Kerry Bentivolio of Michigan, and Rep. Blake Farenthold of Texas discussing the possibility of impeaching Obama for one of his numerous instances of presidential misconduct. The DNC email discussed the 'I-Word' and said that 'Republicans are actually excited about the idea'...

Obama's staff changed key talking points on the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack; his Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups during the 2012 election cycle; and Obama personally lied to the American people when he told them that they could keep their existing doctors and health insurance plans under Obamacare. Obama's expansion of executive branch authority is 'setting the stage for something very dangerous in the future' according to Republican Rep. Justin Amash."

And that's just SCRATCHING THE SURFACE! The Democrats know Obama is more vulnerable than ever -- NOW is the time to GET HIM OUT OF OFFICE!

Proof of this can be seen in a survey conducted by the public-opinion research and media consulting company Wenzel Strategies, which concluded that "half or nearly half of those surveyed said they believed Obama should be impeached for the trifecta of scandals now consuming Washington." In fact, on the issue of the Benghazi scandal, 50.1 percent of Americans said Obama should be impeached -- and that included 27.6 percent of the responding Democrats!

On the IRS scandal, 49% said they agree that impeachment is appropriate, including 24.4% of the Democrats. On the Associated Press reporters scandal, 48.6% say that impeachment is appropriate, including 26.1% of the Democrats.

AMERICANS are waking up to Obama's impeachable offenses!

• 44% say Obama should be impeached for his campaign for amnesty for illegal aliens
• 46% say he should be impeached launching a war in Libya
• 43% say he should be impeached over his deciding on his own what is and is not a Congressional recess appointment
• 51% say he should be impeached over his appointment of dozens of "czars" without any congressional oversight or approval
• 44% say Obama should be impeached for his fight with Arizona over enforcing immigration laws
• 40% say he should be impeached for how the Defense of Marriage Act was handled
• 60% disagree with his drone killings of American citizens overseas
• 47% -- including 1 in 6 Democrats -- rate Obama's job performance as "poor"

The United States Constitution, in Article II, Section 1, states that before anyone can be President, he has to take the following Oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Obama took that oath. Twice. The second time, he put his hand on TWO Bibles when he spoke those words. And in so doing, one thing is very clear: HE LIED.

It seems like a drastic step to take: impeaching and removing the President of the United States. But with SO MANY repeated and deliberate violations of the U.S. Constitution, drastic times require drastic measures.

P.S. Former Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-CO) wrote last year in regards to Barack Hussein Obama's actions, "President Obama can only be emboldened by the lack of impeachment proceedings. His violations typically arouse a short-lived tempest among some conservatives, yet impeachment is not generally advocated by his critics as a realistic recourse. THAT MUST CHANGE."

As Tancredo noted, the grounds for House impeachment proceedings have been laid by Obama's own actions. A list of his unconstitutional and illegal actions "would embarrass any honest public official and makes Nixon's Watergate cover-up look like a college fraternity house panty raid."
