Deportees seeking asylum, accused of gaming the system
SAN DIEGO — There is mounting outrage over a growing number of deportees trying to get back into the United
States by requesting political asylum.   On Monday, 30 previously deported immigrants went to the Otay Mesa Border Crossing Facility in San Diego County seeking asylum. Fox 5 News learned that more will do the same on Thursday. “It’s clearly a way to game the system, and that’s what this is all about,” said former U.S. Attorney Pete Nuñez. “They don’t fit the definition.”  LINK

Rear Adm. Phillip G. Sawyer, Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, removed Lt. Cmdr. Brett J. Sterneckert from his position.  Steckert had been a member of the Bremerton, Wash.-based fast attack submarine's crew since June 2012.
An NCIS investigation into the circumstances leading to Sterneckert's relief is ongoing. Sterneckert has been administratively reassigned to Submarine Group 9 in Bangor, Wash.
COMMENT:  Stalin purged his senior enlisted and officer ranks prior to WW 2. Looks like Obamao is following in his footsteps. Hail to Comrade Obamao ! ! He will ensure that the political ranks are staffed before anyone with a military bearing reports for duty. Obamao is making sure the U.S. military imitates the French in future conflicts. Excerpt:.....And then there is the Baltimore man who was threatened by police after they discovered him filming them during an arrest.   The local CBS station ran the footage of the ensuing confrontation, which went something like this:
“I’m allowed to do this,” the man told the officer.   “Get it out of my face,” the officer replied.
“I have my rights,” the man said.    “You have no rights,” the officer said.
But the man didn’t stop rolling and was once again aggressively approached.
“Do you see the police presence here? Do you see us all? We’re not [expletive] around. Do you understand? Do not disrespect us and do not not listen to us,” the officer said. “Now walk away and shut your [expletive] mouth or you’re going to jail, do you understand?”   After backing away, the officer came at the man a third time, appearing to grab him.
“I thought I had freedom of speech here,” the man said.   “You don’t. You just lost it,” the officer replied.
And that, in a nutshell, is what happens when law enforcement officials—not just the police, but every agent of the government entrusted with enforcing laws, from the president on down—are allowed to discard the law when convenient.
