Terry
McAuliffe is reportedly on the short list of Hillary Clinton’s 2016
running mates – if he wins the race for the governorship of Virginia.
This
is a dangerous scenario for the entire nation! McAuliffe has the
unlimited financial backing of virtually every “progressive” entity in
the nation, whether it is the pro-gun control crowd, the pro-abortion
interests, the pro-homosexual movement, the green energy groups… you
name it.
Ken
Cuccinelli is a proven leader with impeccable credentials and
conservative ideals. He has actually served the citizens of Virginia and
as he said in last night’s gubernatorial debate at Virginia Tech, he
won’t need “on the job training” to learn Virginia’s government as
McAuliffe will if he is elected.
The
choice between the candidates is clear-cut. This race has national
implications that extend to every corner of our union. Terry McAuliffe
must be stopped in Virginia! Please see my urgent update below – Mat.
Conservatives,
Time is running out to take a significant step in the restoration of our nation – and I am appealing for your help.
The
Virginia gubernatorial race is a contest between two candidates who
reflect the deep divide in our nation. This race is being closely
watched as an indicator of which direction our nation is heading.
Terry
McAuliffe, the Democrat candidate, is a political operative with no
prior experience in public office and no clear policy substance beyond
what his attack-dog handlers tell him will hurt his opponent.
He
wants his first public office to be as Governor of Virginia. Since he
counts Barack Obama as a political mentor, this hubris is not
surprising!
Sadly, he has the money and backing to buy the election.
McAuliffe’s
claim to fame is the hundreds of millions of dollars he raised for
Democrat campaigns, including the Clintons and President Obama. His
other claim to fame is his scandalous business dealings that resulted in
bilking taxpayers and investors out of millions of dollars to line his
own pockets.

In
sharp contrast to the Clintons’ pick, Ken Cuccinelli shares our ideals
and values. He is pro-life and pro-marriage. As Attorney General, he
fought against ObamaCare side by side with me. He is against Big Brother
intrusions on our rights and opposes Big Government.
It’s little wonder the liberal progressives have attacked him so savagely!
Ken
Cuccinelli is an ardent supporter of reducing taxes to stimulate
economic growth and has concrete plans to accomplish those goals.
The
stakes are extremely high in this election, which is why Liberty Action
PAC has been focused on turning the tide of McAuliffe’s unmerited wave
of support, countering his extensive war chest from wealthy
benefactors.
We are aggressively rallying conservative voters to the polls to vote for a man who shares our ideals!

In last night’s final debate between the two candidates, Ken Cuccinelli laid out McAuliffe’s goals this way…
“Terry
McAuliffe literally did nothing for Virginia or Virginians before
deciding to run for governor. Nothing. Some people run to do something,
and some people run to be something.”
To
Ken’s piercing insight into McAuliffe’s motives, I would add that the
“something” McAuliffe is running to be is a noteworthy liberal
politician in the mold of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, former
President Bill Clinton, and former Vice President Al Gore.
McAuliffe
amassed his personal fortune through a series of shady and questionable
business dealings. He is a self-described “huckster.” Now he wants to
acquire fame in the political arena, first as Governor of Virginia and
then quite possibly the next Vice President.
++The bottom line is that Terry McAuliffe is an ambitious Obama/Clinton operative, plain and simple.
Ken
Cuccinelli has been on the receiving end of malicious, mean-spirited
assaults crafted by McAuliffe’s campaign strategists. These tactics are
taken directly from the Obama playbook and deployed for McAuliffe by
some of Obama’s and Clinton’s best tacticians.
The brains behind the McAuliffe attack team are unparalleled at demonizing and discrediting their opponents.
The
Republican candidate is also being massively outspent on television by
groups like Planned Parenthood, the National Education Association, NYC
Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and others who see the Obama/Alinsky model of
hyper-negative attack ads as the way to dismantle solid conservative
candidates like Ken.
This Is Still A Winnable Race, But…
Due
to the efforts of anti-gun and pro-abortion progressives and other
liberals funneling mountains of money into McAuliffe’s campaign, we are
at a disadvantage this late in the game.
But I also know what is at stake if we fail to respond to this leftist effort to hijack the Virginia election. I believe conservative patriots both inside and outside Virginia are the key to this race.
To
fully execute Liberty Action PAC’s focused “Get Out The Vote”
initiative and counter the Left’s hyper-negative efforts, we must
quickly finish raising $50,000 for the final phase of our efforts.
We
