Bowman
said deputies were told to behave as if the suspect is still armed.
"Whenever any agency has an officer involved-shooting,
everybody rolls," Bowman said.
According to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement,

Police Department.
"Roseville police department was the lead on the
enforcement action and we were working collaboratively with them, said Virginia
Kice, ICE spokesman.
The
special agent was rushed to a local hospital.
"He's
stable, he's alert, he's sitting up, he's going be all right. That's fortunate,"
Kice said.
Additional Homeleand Security Investigations agents are en

Department with the ongoing investigation, officials said.
A

Rich, 29, of Roseville was trying to return to her Fifth Street home Friday

"It's a
little creepy," she said of the area, which is overun with law enforcement
personnel from throughout the Sacramento area and where helicopters are
hovering,
