AIKEN MUST WIN IN MISSOURI TO REMOVE HARRY REID FROM HIS SENATE CONTROL

Dear Conservatives, 

Our TV ads have been on the air for a week in Florida, Ohio, and West Virginia. 

And already, they're having a tremendous impact. 

In West Virginia, Democrat incumbent Joe Manchin held a press conference in response to our TV ads, calling me "callous" for simply exposing his big-spending record.

Even a member of my own Party joined the press conference by phone in support of Senator Manchin. 

And over the course of the weekend, dozens of national news outlets featured headlines and stories about our TV ads. 

Since the establishment is squealing over our TV ads, it means they're making an impact - which is why I've decided to expand our ad buy into the key battleground state of Missouri.

Missouri's Senate race could determine whether or not Harry Reid controls the Senate next year. 

And the race is starting to heat up. 

Just a few months ago, the RNC and the NRSC looked at the numbers and determined that Akin didn't have a shot at defeating an entrenched incumbent like McCaskill.

So they pulled out of Missouri and put their resources into other races where they felt they could make more of an impact. 

But it now appears their calculations were wrong. 

Today, Todd Akin has closed the gap - and is now in a DEAD HEAT with Senator McCaskill. 

If elected, Todd Akin has pledged to stand for American values by stopping the flow of taxpayer dollars to Anti-American regimes overseas. 

And since McCaskill joined the other big spenders in Washington and voted to keep our dollars flowing to countries that allow Anti-America actions, our TV ads can make the difference in Missouri. 

In fact, even though the TV ads don't start running in Missouri until tomorrow, Claire McCaskill's campaign has already issued a statement on her vote to send taxpayer dollars to our enemies overseas. 

That means our TV ads could make the difference in this critical race. 

This Senate race could determine whether or not Harry Reid maintains his iron grip on the U.S. Senate next year. 

And I'm sure you'd like to see Republicans back in charge of the Senate as much as I would.
