New documents reveal 'Fast and Furious' cover-up

Fellow Patriot, The Justice Department on Friday handed over more than a thousand pages of materials detailing how department officials gave inaccurate information to Congress regarding the botched gun-running program, Operation Fast and Furious which put more than a thousand weapons directly into the hands of Mexican drug lords along the U.S.-Mexico border. Charles Grassley are among the many proven “incorrect.” First, the Justice Department said that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms had not sanctioned the sale of assault weapons to a straw purchaser. Second, the Justice Department said that the ATF makes every effort to intercept weapons that have been purchased illegally. THESE ARE OUTRIGHT LIES – LIES TO CONGRESS AND TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE as revealed by the newly released materials.  Furthermore, the newly released documents likely reveal how the Department of Justice set-up Lanny Breuer to bear the burden and the blame for the out-of-control program that enabled armed drug lords to terrorize and kill innocent civilians as well as U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. The Justice Department letter was responding to Grassley’s statements that the Senate Judiciary Committee had received allegations the ATF had sanctioned the sale of hundreds of assault weapons to suspected straw purchases along with allegations that two of the assault weapons had been used in a shootout that killed U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. A chain of e-mails then began by then-U.S. Attorney (of Arizona) Dennis Burke marked the start of an internal debate in the Justice Department over what and how much to say in response to Grassley’s allegations just four days after they were made. Incorrect information was then emailed to Lanny Breuer, the assistant attorney general in charge of the Justice Department’s criminal division and Obama’s latest fall guy when it comes to deceiving the American people and thwarting justice. The emails sent to Capitol Hill on Friday showed that Burke (by happy chance we’re sure) supplied additional incorrect information to the Justice Department’s criminal division for forwarding to Breuer. SELECT HERE!   Following last month’s release of hundreds of documents by the Justice Department, Breuer was the first of high-level Obama officials led to slaughter in order to save the neck of U.S. Attorney General and Obama’s right-hand man Eric Holder. Breuer may have been bought off with cushy job prospects but the investigation is not over yet. During his testimony, Breuer even expressed “regret” that he didn’t tell others about the unacceptable tactics used during the operation that the high-ranking Obama administration official not only knew about the ATF’s botched gun-running operation that put more than a 1000 weapons directly into the hands of Mexican drug cartels, he allowed it to continue. But where Burke got the inaccurate information passed along to Breuer is now part of an inquiry conducted by the inspector general’s office at the Justice Department. Obama and his Washington cronies have tried to thwart justice by finding a complicit fall guy, but their ill-conceived strategy is now blowing up in their faces as all of the the lies come to light. The DOJ handed over 1,364 pages of material after concluding “that we will make a rare exception to the department’s recognized protocols and provide you with information related to how the inaccurate information came to be included in the letter.”  But right now, we need your help to demand justice in Washington – justice for Agent Terry’s family and for the families of the victims who died because Washington was doing what it does best – looking out for itself. Operation Fast and Furious involved more than 2,000 weapons – so far only about 700 of the weapons have been recovered – 276 in Mexico and 389 in the United States. And now, the vile trail of corruption is getting closer to the White House. After all, how feasible is it that the new Attorney General and Obama-appointee Eric Holder was not once briefed on or informed about the botched operation he inherited?
