ICE HQ Orders Agents NOT to Arrest Illegals -- Even Fugitives!
During a House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration last week, Chris Crane, the president of a union that represents Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, testified that ICE headquarters told their agents not to arrest illegal immigrants who do not have a prior criminal conviction.
ICE agents were even told not to arrest illegal immigrant fugitives already ordered deported by an immigration judge OR those who illegally re-entered the U.S. after being deported (and thus have perpetrated a felony).
Some ICE officers and agents also alleged, according to Crane’s testimony, that they were not to even speak to confirmed or suspected illegal immigrants encountered in the field during operations and were prohibited from running standard criminal record checks.
Crane, who is also an active-duty ICE agent, previously testified about the matter before the same subcommittee in late July when he first brought ICE’s sellout to the Obama Administration to our attention.
Thanks to Crane’s patriotism and that of the subcommittee chairman, Rep. Lamar Smith, several internal ICE documents have been handed over during the investigation verifying Crane’s testimony and also naming several senior level ICE managers involved in issuing the directives nationwide.
Patriots, we must force Washington to stand up for America.
No other law enforcement agency in this great country of ours prohibits its officers from speaking to or interviewing individuals who are inside a house in which officers are attempting to affect an arrest – yet Immigrations and Customs Enforcement neglects its own mission to cater to Obama’s wishes for our nation.
These dangerous directives are putting the safety and lives of Americans everywhere in jeopardy.
The ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ ICE directives not only prevent the arrest of non-criminal aliens but also prevent the identification and arrest of very dangerous criminals, including terrorists waiting to kill.
Following Crane’s testimony, Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama asked Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano about the information brought forward.
Napolitano denied everything.
The very fact that senior leaders of IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT would forgo their own organization’s purpose and not blow the whistle on the Obama administration’s undermining open borders, pro-Amnesty strategy makes it painfully obvious that our country is too far gone in the wrong direction.
Washington as a whole isn’t standing up for the future of our country, and they sure as heck aren’t standing up for us AMERICANS either.
We must fight for our own future and the future of the country we love starting right now, and our fight begins first and foremost with securing the U.S.-Mexico border.
