The truth is, free markets work. Barack Obama’s central planning doesn’t. America’s economy isn’t even growing at 2% today. That’s not acceptable. It’s not the American way. The recession may have changed our economy. But it didn’t change our character.
With the right policies, I know the United States can have strong economic growth with a balanced budget. President Obama disagrees — his team is satisfied with anemic 2% growth and is attacking my bold proposal. Barack Obama's chief strategist, David Axelrod, even said I wasn't qualified to give economic advice.
The feedback from my economic proposal has been overwhelming. Americans are ready for an optimistic plan that will turn our country around. But we can’t do it without you. That's why I'm asking you to help promote my vision for reviving the American economy. Send a loud message to the White House by donating a gift of $10, $25, $50 or more to my campaign.
The strength of our country is our people, not our government. Americans believe our country is exceptional. They deserve a President who does too.
