America's immigration system is severely broken, and now pervasive corruption has been found throughout the Department of Justice in trying to cover up just how many illegal aliens, and ESPECIALLY ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, there are here in the United States.

Former immigration Judge Mark Metcalf, in a report for the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), says that the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE HAS BEEN FUNDAMENTALLY DISHONEST FOR YEARS IN THEIR ANNUAL REPORTS ON IMMIGRATION COURT STATISTICS. 

We're not talking about small errors...these are HUGE ERRORS and they have a dramatic impact on the immigration discussion! Consider these BLATANT LIES:

• The DOJ reported that 39 percent of aliens never showed up for their day in court. That was a lie.The real number is 59%.
• The DOJ reported that illegal aliens appeal their deportation orders only 8% of the time. That was a lie. The real number is 98%.
• U.S. Immigration courts rule in favor of aliens 60 percent of the time. The DOJ suggests aliens only win 20 percent of the time.

Conservative Action Alerts NEEDS you to join us in CALLING ON CONGRESS TO DEMAND that the Government Accountability Office investigate the Department of Justice and its handling of illegal immigration cases. The American people deserve an audit of this organization, and we deserve to know if our court system is working for us, or against us, when it comes to illegal immigration. If we're using, and we are, FALSE DATA as the basis for the immigration debate - false data that are HEAVILY SKEWED TOWARDS THE PRO-AMNESTY side, then you can bet that President Obama and the Left will use it to their advantage so that all illegal immigrants are given amnesty. 

The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS FAILING us on immigration enforcement. Obama and the Democrats are ignoring the real problems associated with illegal immigration - and now they have a corrupt Department of Justice ready to do their bidding and skew the statistics in their favor. The President knows that if illegal immigrants are given amnesty then suddenly he and the Democrats have millions of more voters across the nation. 

We ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER to solve the problem of illegal immigration. Fax Congress NOW and tell them to investigate the Department of Justice and find out the TRUTH behind their illegal immigration lies. Please help us uphold the rule of law in America! It is clear from the Center for Immigration Studies report that Congress needs to SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASE its oversight of the Department of Justice. WE CANNOT HAVE AN AGENCY OF GOVERNMENT LYING ABOUT STATISTICS THAT COULD RESULT IN A MUCH MORE DANGEROUS COUNTRY!
