This German language report tells of a sex ed program starting in kindergarten with 4 year olds in the Canton of Basel, Switzerland.

There is opposition, but so far, these toys and instruction intended to make sex enjoyable is part of a curriculum that could become mandatory.

God help the parents and poor kids. Many are against it, as you can imagine.

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

• Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or 
• Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or 
• Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;

has committed a federal crime.

Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

GE organisms actually become part of the bacteria in our digestive tracts and reproduce continuously inside us. But the USDA now wants to to remove all controls from GE corn and cotton! A new Action Alert.

There are no human clinical trials of genetically engineered foods. The only published human feeding experiment revealed that genetic material inserted into GE soy transfers into the DNA of bacteria living inside our intestines and continues to function. Even after we stop eating GE foods, we may still have the GE proteins produced continuously inside us.

As the Institute for Responsible Technology has noted, the genetic engineering process creates massive collateral damage, causing mutations in hundreds or thousands of locations throughout the plant’s DNA. Natural genes can be deleted or permanently turned on or off, and hundreds may change their behavior. Even the inserted gene can be damaged or rearranged, and may create proteins that can trigger allergies or promote disease.

House Rejects Bill to Raise Debt Limit

WASHINGTON -- House Republicans have engineered the defeat of their own proposed $2.4 trillion increase in thedebt limit, a political gambit designed to reinforce a demand for spending cuts to accompany any future increase in government borrowing.

The vote Tuesday was 97-318, far below the two-thirds majority needed for passage.

Republicans signaled well in advance that the debt limit vote was political theater and did not portend a final refusal to grant an increase.

Democrats criticized the GOP for playing political games with the nation's credit rating.

ABC News' Huma Khan reports: Congress is under pressure to cut the rapidly rising costs of the federal government’s food stamps program at a time when a record number of Americans are relying on it.
The House Appropriations Committee today will review the fiscal year 2012 appropriations bill for the Department of Agriculture that includes $71 billion for the agency’s “Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.” That’s $2 billion less than what President Obama requested but a 9 percent increase from 2011, which, critics say, is too large given the sizeable budget deficit.
A record number of Americans -- about 14 percent -- now rely on the federal government’s food stamps program and its rapid expansion in recent years has become a politically explosive topic.

 President Obama says reforming immigration policy will help the nation’s economy, especially in the form of job creation. 

Research cited by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce says there is no correlation between immigration and high unemployment. 

But one major critic disagrees and says that illegal immigrants are already competing with native-born Americans for jobs, particularly low-wage, unskilled service jobs. 

In a new report released today, “Immigration, Poverty and Low-Wage Earners: The Harmful Effect of Unskilled Immigrants on American Workers,” FAIR (Federation for Immigration Reform) says the president’s vision for comprehensive immigration reform would add thousands, if not millions, more unskilled workers to the labor force, which is still struggling under the recession.

I just called your office about my concerns and was almost amused by your statements made in your 'message on hold'...while I waited to speak to one of your staff.  You state that Conservatives gave you your marching orders in November and that you must uphold our wishes; something to that effect.

You are correct:  We did send a clear message and gave our Texas and D.C. Public Servants a definite set of marching orders.  We feel that both Texas and D.C. EMPLOYEES have ignored our demands and concerns; letting the most dire issues languish while more 'government' tyranny was enacted AGAINST our citizens at both levels of government.

The royal attitudes and tyranny against citizens while criminals in government, conspiracies to harm citizens and the business cronies of our public servants, illegal alien criminals (all are criminals once they enter illegally) are given a free pass and WE pay the price in taxes, jobs, costs, crimes and much more.

On Sunday, Las Vegas Sun reporter David Schwartz wrote: “As Democratic lawmakers and Republicans, including Gov. Brian Sandoval, tried to negotiate a deal on Sunday, one sticking point was this: Would the Legislature and governor agree to permanently put taxes passed in 2009 into law, or temporarily extend them for another two years?”

Here’s the governor’s position on any deal to make the tax hikes permanent, per a senior Sandoval adviser: “I can say with complete certainty, not a chance.”

The 5 pm news is now on here in my part of TX.

The Fox affiliate described finding federal documents verifying that this most recent illegal alien perpetrator was previously arrested and deported.in one incident, claiming to be a Texas citizen by producing a TDL, and convicted, sentenced to time served, and released with a $10 fine, only to return.

It also described his rantings on his facebook page, and in particular, a description of how to dispose of a firearm used in a crime.

Nice guy.

FWIW:

This is almost a mirror of the incident with HPD Officer Rodney Johnson, there, shot and killed by an illegal alien during a traffic stop.
