HOLDER - OBAMA'S SHIELD

HOLDER JUST WANTS IT HIS WAY - "TO HELL WITH AMERICAN CITIZENS!"

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder plans to stay on through November's mid-term elections and has no timeline for an exit after that, a Justice Department official told Reuters on Friday.

"The Attorney General does not plan to leave before the mid-terms. That does not mean that he is definitely leaving after the mid-terms, just that he is at least staying through that time," the official said.

There has been speculation over when Holder, 63, might step down from the post he has held since shortly after President Barack Obama took office in 2009. Should Republicans win control of both chambers of Congress in the November elections, it may be difficult for a potential replacement for Holder to be confirmed.

Russian Spy Ships Operating Off Coast Of Jacksonville Florida Near Mayport Naval Station

Jacksonville, FL - A Russian intelligence-gathering ship has been operating off the U.S. East Coast and near the Gulf of Mexico for the past month, the Pentagon said Thursday.

“We are aware that the Russian ships Viktor Leonov and Nikolay Chiker are currently operating in waters that are beyond U.S. territorial seas but near Cuba,” said Lt. Col. Tom Crosson, a Pentagon spokesman. “We respect the freedom of all nations, as reflected in international law, to operate military vessels beyond the territorial seas of other nations.”

NOTE: We wrote this article before Cliven Bundy opened his mouth and injected race into the dialogue. Bundy said a lot of other good things, that included the racial comments, but the racial comments over shadowed the other things he said. Not because he wasn't right, but because the other side, including the media, will pounce on anything that appears racial and immediately change the narrative, especially if the racial comments come from a white man. The main issue of the following article was the spirit of the west personified by the cowboy, as contrasted against the ever-growing federal police state. We stand by that contrast.

Just before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning word broke that Assemblyman Jim Wheeler was at Carson/Tahoe hospital with some kind of heart trouble. Who knew he even HAD a heart?!! (Just kidding, Jim.)

The Republican assemblyman from Douglas County (not Washoe Valley, Kelly) underwent angioplasty and had two stents implanted to open partially blocked arteries. His cardiologist said there didn’t appear to be any damage to the heart, that Jim didn’t require any surgery, and indicated he should be back to his normal schedule walking door-to-door for his re-election in about a week.

“Rumors of my death were greatly exaggerated,” Wheeler joked.

We wish you a quick recovery, Jim.
