TELL OBAMA - STOP ASSAULTING THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

ASSAULT is a BEHAVIOR, not a WEAPON

A Clenched Fist is a weapon when used to assault and/or kill someone.

But just as we don’t have to have a Concealed Carry Permit for putting our hands in our pockets, we don’t have ‘CLENCHED FIST-FREE ZONES’!

NOTE: We do have Constitutionally guaranteed rights to freedom of ‘expression’.

And a Hammer is a weapon when used to assault and/or kill someone.

But just as we don’t have a Waiting Period and Background Check to buy a hammer, we don’t have ‘HAMMER-FREE ZONES’!
NOTE: We do have Constitutionally guaranteed rights to freedom of ‘profession’.

And an Elected Official is a weapon when used to assault and/or kill our Constitution.

But just as we don’t have to have Concealed Carry Permits to become a Senator or a Representative (or now not even a Background Check to hold the Office of President, as evidenced by Mr. Obama/Soetoro/AKA??? holding that ‘Office’ using forged documents [BC and Sel. Serv. Regis.] and a stolen SS# 042-68-4425 that E-Verify fails to qualify for employment in the U.S.), we don’t have ‘ELECTED OFFICIAL-FREE ZONES’.

NOTE: We do have Constitutionally guaranteed rights to freedom from ‘oppression’.

STOP HAGEL - INANE AND INEPT

Conservatives,

The shock waves are still being felt following Senator Chuck Hagel's disastrous hearing on his nomination for Secretary of Defense.

Sen. Hagel took a softer line toward Iran's dangerous nuclear program, contradicting Obama Administration policy.

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff refused to express confidence in his potential future boss.

Sen. Hagel's performance was so bad that influential columnist Charles Krauthammer said that he displayed an "astonishing lack of competence."

We already knew that Sen. Hagel's anti-Israel policies were far out of the mainstream. He continues to appease Iran, which is said to be just months away from building a nuclear bomb and is imprisoning and persecuting an American pastor. Simply put, Sen. Hagel is the wrong man for the job.

1. Thank God for American Crossroads and the Conservative Victory Project

American Crossroads is creating a new Super PAC to crush conservatives, destroy the tea party, and put a bunch of squishes in Republican leadership positions. Thank God they are behind this. In 2012, they spent hundreds of millions of rich donors’ money and had jack to show for it.

It is interesting though. The people who brought us No Child Left Behind, Medicare Part D, TARP, the GM bailout, Harriet Miers, etc., etc., etc. are really hacked off that people have been rejecting them. In 2012, about the only successful Republican candidates were the ones who directly rejected the legacy of these people.

So now they will up their game. They don’t like being shut out. They blame the tea party and conservatives for their failure to win primaries. They’ll now try to match conservatives and, in the process, call themselves conservatives.

I dare say any candidate who gets this group’s support should be targeted for destruction by the conservative movement. They’ve made it really easy not to figure out who the terrible candidates will be in 2014. . . . please click here for the rest of the post →

Illinois collapsing, Madigan’s now worried about taxpayers? Blames Unions

The most powerful man in Illinois is feeling the heat from the state’s worst-in-the-nation financial crisis. With S&P downgrading Illinois’ credit rating again last week and Gov. Quinn forced to cancel a much needed loan, the state’s top Democrats appear to be turning on each other. In a harsh letter from Speaker Madigan to the AFL-CIO three days ago, the 30-year House Speaker blames the unions for the state’s insurmountable problems.

The emergency

One week ago, credit agencies lowered Illinois’ credit rating to just above junk status. The only other state with a similarly bad financial rating is California. But as analysts point out, California has already hit bottom and is on its way back up. It has a future outlook of ‘positive’. Illinois on the other hand, is still on its way down, with an outlook designated by credit agencies as ‘negative’.

The major cause for Illinois’ terrible financial shape is its decades of unfunded government employee pensions. The state leads the nation in that category as well, with $96.8 billion in pension funding missing as of the end of FY2012. That number’s up from $83 billion at the end of FY2011. That equates to 61% of Illinois’ total pension funds, missing.

The American government is a contradiction. Like all governments, it aggressively seeks more power over the people, but as if it was shooting itself in the foot, it continues to put more laws on the books for citizens to protect themselves against the increase in that power. Now granted, it is difficult for the average citizen to avail him or herself of those laws that protect them from rising government tyranny, nevertheless the laws are available for them to do so.
