Make no mistake, your calls for impeachment have not gone unnoticed. The elites in Washington and in the media are hearing you loud and clear.And that's precisely why so many of them, in recent days, have gone to such great lengths to hoodwink you, and convince you that Elena Kagan will be "impartial" when the United States Supreme Court hears arguments on the constitutionality of ObamaCare in a matter of weeks.
But don't be fooled. Kagan's "impartiality" (or lack thereof) is NOT the issue. Her "impartiality" was NEVER the issue. Federal law is clear. She MUST recuse herself. If not, she is in flagrant violation of the law and there is only one remedy available when a judge flagrantly violates the law... IMPEACHMENT. Elena Kagan must be impeached... the sooner the better.
