Tip of the day: Invest more time into mental exercise. Lots of people exercise their physical body on a daily basis because they know about the benefits they get from doing so.
But all things that man (or woman) has made on this planet started in the mind. Did you know you can exercise your imagination, your memory and your other mental faculties to make them stronger?
Sounds obvious, right? But how much time do you invest everyday to strengthen and sharpen your mind?
Whatever amount it has been, invest more today! And do a bit more each day and soon you will be astounded with what your life becomes.
