'Today, because of the Executive Orders, policies, actions, and lack of action by the Biden administration, America is witnessing what can only be described as an invasion on our southern border.
Furthermore, Biden has all but shut down the enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws from within the interior of the United States, having stripped ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents of their authority to make warrantless arrests of illegal aliens including those arrested and released at the border by Border Patrol at the direction of Mr. Biden.
Immigration has morphed into a delivery system from a law enforcement system that is supposed to prevent the entry and continued presence of aliens who pose a threat to public health, national security, public safety, and the jobs and wages of Americans without any distinction made about the superficial factors of race, religion, or ethnicity. This can be easily be confirmed by reviewing 8 U.S. Code § 1182, a section of the Immigration and Nationality Act that enumerates the categories of aliens who are inadmissible into the United States.
This metamorphosis took decades by politicians from both sides of the political aisle, but the Biden administration has literally blown the doors off the hinges!'

The radical Democrats have declared war on law enforcement, and, hence, Americans by demanding the defunding of police in towns and cities across the United States, as I explained in Attacks on Law Enforcement Are Attacks on America.
However, the notion of undermining law enforcement actually began decades ago with the former INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) an agency I am well acquainted with, since I spent 30 years at that agency that was dismantled and reassembled under the aegis of the Department of Homeland Security. DHS is an agency that was ostensibly created, in the wake of the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 to supposedly address the failures of the former INS to prevent the entry and embedding of international terrorists as laid out in detail in the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony.
The harsh reality of how the DHS was created by the administration of George W. Bush was shocking, to say the least. I addressed my observations and concerns in Sanctuary Country – Immigration failures by design, and I urge you to take the time to review it to understand how the Department of Homeland Security should have been properly renamed the Department of Homeland Surrender.
Immigration anarchists and those who profit from open borders and failures to enforce our immigration laws frequently complain about how enforcement of our immigration laws are somehow “unconstitutional.” Consider that Article Four, Section 4 of the United States Constitution states: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
My dad used to say that, “Nothing is so good it could not be made better or be so bad that it could not get worse.” Where immigration law enforcement is concerned since Mr. Biden was sworn into office, we are seeing just how much worse the integrity of the immigration system has become.

As I noted in Biden Amps Up The Immigration Delivery System, this delivery system is highly efficient at delivering an unlimited supply of cheap and exploitable workers, and not just illegal aliens but high-tech workers with visas as well. It delivers an unlimited supply of foreign tourists, foreign students, and perhaps must significant for the politicians, an unlimited supply of clients for immigration law firms and other Profiteers of Biden Administration’s Open Borders Policy who have found that malfeasance has its rewards (for them).
