What is it with these anti-gun politicians and activists that they have such a poor command of what the phrase *SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED *means ?  Perhaps we need to flood these idiots with dictionary's to help them understand plain English.

Second Amendment

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

It doesn't say  "Shall not be infringed" unless someone doesn't agree with the LAW.  It also does not say "to Keep and BARE arms.  They confuse BEAR AND BARE it seems.
