First it was New York; now Virginia is considering passing one of the most barbaric abortion laws in the country.
But worse yet, it would insert a right to abortion into the state Constitution. This could
eviscerate almost every pro-life law in the state. It could allow abortions up to the moment of birth or beyond (I call them live-birth abortions).
Remember it was Virginia’s Governor who earlier this year promoted infanticide. He said if a baby was born after a botched abortion, the baby would be “kept comfortable” and then there would be “a discussion” about whether to allow the baby to live.
It’s sick.
