Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity Pushing Vince Foster Murder Cover-up Artist for Supreme Court Justice
Date: Mon, 2 Jul 2018 07:50:43 -0400
Brett Kavanaugh, presently under consideration for SCOTUS, was the lead player on Kenneth Starr's team responsible for orchestrating the cover-up of the murder of Vincent W. Foster, Jr., the deputy White House counsel and long-time associate of First Lady Hillary Clinton at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock. Ask yourself why this George W. Bush appointee should be nominated by Trump to sit on the Supreme Court?
..............................
Twenty-five years ago, July 20, 1993, the evidence indicates that Clinton White House lawyer Vincent Foster was murdered and his body was dumped in Fort Marcy Park outside of D.C. The swamp sprang into action, there was a cover-up, and it was declared a suicide.
I recount this story because President Trump is about to nominate an architect of that cover-up to the U.S. Supreme Court. He is Brett Kavanaugh of Maryland, a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Miguel Rodriguez was the lead investigator of Foster’s death for Independent Counsel Starr. He uncovered evidence that Foster had not committed suicide. He resigned when sinister forces brought pressure to bear on Starr not to pursue the murder conspiracy. He reported interference with his investigation and did not want to participate in a cover-up. He was replaced by Brett Kavanaugh.
I liked Ronald Reagan, but don’t forget that two of Ronald Reagan’s Supreme Court appointments were duds Anthony Kennedy and Sandra Day O’Connor. Worse than duds, they voted for abortion and gay rights. Could it happen again? Is there something else that could be gained from having a swamp creature on the Supreme Court?
There are several problematic potential nominees: Brett Kavanaugh is on Trump’s list of 25 supplied by the Federalist Society, an outside interest group that postures as “conservative.”
Fox News personalities Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity are pushing Kavanaugh. The problem with Kavanaugh is that he helped cover-up the apparent murder of Clinton White House lawyer Vincent Foster.
Here’s what you have to know. Kavanaugh was Ken Starr's associate Independent Counsel and authored the first 114 pages of the official report on the death of Vincent Foster. The “official” verdict was that he killed himself in 1993 in Fort Marcy Park outside of D.C. One problem is that Foster’s brown car wasn’t at the scene of the crime when Foster died. Here’s a great video to watch with my old friend Reed Irvine discussing the case with Kavanaugh. Witnesses saw a different car. That was probably the car that dumped the body. But who was driving it? Who was behind Foster’s death?
Reed Irvine and I reported that there were so many anomalies that the Special Division of the Court of Appeals ordered an appendix added to the death of Vincent Foster. The appendix exposed serious flaws in the report that cast strong doubt on the suicide finding. These anomalies included:
· No bullet was ever found in Fort Marcy Park, even though Foster supposedly shot himself there.
· The gun that was found in his hand has never been positively identified as his.
· Foster’s fingerprints were not found on the gun.
Trump during the campaign brought up the case of the mysterious death of Foster, calling it “fishy.” Trump was right. Foster was the man who knew too much. He had knowledge of various Clinton scandals, including Travelgate, the Waco tragedy, and possibly some illegal activities involving national security.
Could Trump possibly nominate Kavanaugh under pressure from Fox News? Here’s a good article on the subject: Is the Fix in for Trump’s Supreme Court Nominee?
David Martin names the names of the Fox News people pushing Kavanaugh. He writes:
- All this brings us back to the question of why on earth Donald Trump, of all people, would even consider the idea of putting on the Supreme Court a man who was instrumental in the Foster cover-up. The short, simple answer to that question is that we don’t know for a fact that he is. What we do know for certain is that the same powerful media crowd, across the political spectrum, who played, and are continuing to play, at least as big a role in the Foster cover-up as Brett Kavanaugh did, are pumping him up “bigly,” as the Donald might say. Why on earth would they do that, what with the attendant risk of bringing the rotten Foster case back to the attention of the public? Put another way, what diabolical plans must they have afoot that would require that one of the nine high justices be a person who has proven to be as malleable and corrupt as the Yalie Kavanaugh?
