Bertrand Daily Report
The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (September 12th, 2017)

Ed Note: Why is there so much animosity against Russia by the establishment / Deep State? Are they worried about collusion or is it about what's happening at the North Pole? Russia recently placed their flag on the bottom of the sea at the North Pole in the Arctic and that act alone has infuriated the Deep State "Hawks." They see it as nearly an act of war as the U.S. scrambles to declare certain areas of the Arctic as theirs !

The race to having full control over a new passage shortcut from Asia to Europe is underway with both Russia and the United States setting-up military bases along the proposed corridor while waiting for "Climate Change" to eventually open the ice tracks enough for large ships. The passage way can easily reduce cargo shipments by as much as 24 to 29 days.

The control of the Arctic by Russia versus the U.S. is a sensitive matter that nearly equates to the Chinese manmade disputed islands in the South China Sea..... forcing shipping traffic to divert from the area.

If Russia declares full control of the proposed shortcut through the Arctic region, the tension between the Deep State and Putin will advance to dangerous levels, but in the meanwhile....President Trump is being forced to take a stand against the Russian super power while at the same time being accused of appeasement.

Russia is building up its Arctic military presence and Nato should be worried, says new report
Thursday 7 September 2017 15:22 BST
Russia’s militarization of the Arctic has accelerated dramatically since 2014, according to a new study.
The country has established a permanent military district, increased training of troops and creating new brigades in the region and is continuing to exploit its natural resources, says the report from conservative UK think tank, The Henry Jackson Society.
It adds that Moscow has commissioned a new icebreaker fleet, reopened old Soviet-era military bases and deployed a missile early-warning radar system in the Arctic.
Russia is also currently restoring aerodromes such as  the Rogachyovo airfield on Novaya Zemlya, and airfields iTiksiVorkutaAlykel, and Anadyr, the report states. Building work has also begun on the massive ‘Arctic Trefoil’ military base in the region, it says.

September 11, 2001: Questions To Ask If You Still Believe The Official Narrative

The attacks of September 11, 2001 (9/11) left nearly 3,000 dead in NYC, Washington D.C. and over Pennsylvania. The attacks transformed America into a deepening police state at home and a nation perpetually at war abroad. The official narrative claims that 19 hijackers representing Al Qaeda took over 4 commercial aircraft to carry out attacks on New York City’s World Trade Center and the Pentagon in Washington D.C. The event served as impetus for the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan which continues to present day. It also led directly to the invasion and occupation of Iraq. Attempts to cite the attack to precipitate a war with Iran and other members of the so-called “Axis of Evil” (Libya, Syria, North Korea, and Cuba) have also been made.
