Subject: Exposing Gotham Shield has tremendous liability, FakeStream says "circuit breaker"

Ed Note: Was the government's Exercise Gotham Shield a success? The chaos was limited and mostly an inconvenience in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles as stranded vehicles and public transportation came to a halt. And of course, the lying media quickly followed their scripts of "circuit breaker" problems and other oddities that "had nothing to do with each other."
What they barely reported were the many emergencies that occurred as a result of no electricity for hospitals, people on dialysis, and other life saving equipment, traffic accidents, people panicking that "we are under attack by North Korea, etc, etc."
By exposing the exercise, the pre-planning for areas of outages could have saved lives and other problems. How many died, we will never know. But the crux of the matter was for FEMA and DHS to observe the results of an EMP or Cyber attack on our degrading grid system.
During the Cuban Missile Crisis, President Kennedy warned Americans and various agencies worked with local agencies to help prepare citizens for a nuclear attack....but that was not the case this past week. If we are hit one way or another by a nuke attack, cyber attack or an EMP, I doubt that FakeStream Media will report it correctly. The OTHER major concern of mine and others....I would NOT put it past the "Deep State" rogue government to pull another 9/11 False Flag attack on us, but who or what will be blamed? Russia? The oligarchies want WWIII badly.....and North Korea might be the fuse if the McCain's, Pelosi, Lindsey Graham et al can turn Russia against helping the U.S. with containing North Korea.

Massive Power Outage In San Francisco, Huge Exercise Gotham Shield, Just As North Korea Threatens Missile Test.

This is a breaking news story, and it will be written in a rough form as I get the news. First of all, we have the AP saying: SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A power outage struck a wide area of San Francisco on Friday, blacking out about 90,000 utility customers, snarling traffic as intersection signals went dark and stopping the famed cable cars for a time.
Pacific Gas & Electric crews were assessing the problem and there was no immediate estimate for restoration of electricity.
Brent Chapman, who works in billing and reporting for First Republic Bank, told his team to go home after huddling on a sidewalk and waiting for word of when power would be restored.
His team had been ready to send out a finished project Friday, one they’d been working on for six months, after some had pulled an all-nighter.
“It’s brutal. This is seriously the worst possible time that this could have happened,” he said. “I do not want to leave. I want to stay and get this done.”
The San Francisco Chronicle reported (http://bit.ly/2pN3o6b ) the outage also affected the Presidio, and KRON-TV reported effects stretched to the Marina/Cow Hollow area.

Fuerzas Amigas is the United States and Mexico’s annual cross-border military operations exercise
Ardent Sentry is the North American Aerospace Defense Command’s (NORAD) and USNORTHCOM’s major annual exercise focused on Defense Support of Civil Authorities
Prominent Hunt is the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) National Technical Nuclear Forensics Ground Collection Task Force’s annual exercise centered on assessing the United States’ capability to collect radioactive evidence in the immediate aftermath of a nuclear detonation
Staunch Maple is the Canadian Joint Operations Command’s exercise to practice and improve Canadian Armed Forces’ ability to support other government departments and agencies in order to ensure the security and safety of Canada
sidenote: 1 element of Gotham Shield 2017 falls outside the standard timeline (TTX, 3 day exercise running from May 8-12 2017 (1.5 days short-term recovery, 1.5 days long-term recovery), location not yet determined.
