(Chuck Muth) – Failed former GOP
presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who gave us four additional years of
Barack Obama thanks to his disaster of a campaign in 2012, crawled out of his hole on
Thursday, saw his shadow and predicted the end of the universe if
Donald Trump becomes the
Republican Party presidential nominee in 2016.
In doing so, including some schoolyard taunts of his own (“He’s the only person in the entire country to whom we have added an article before his name, and it was not because he had attributes we admired”), Romney ripped Trump’s business experience, saying…
“Now I know you say, ‘Isn’t he a huge business success, and doesn’t he know what he’s talking about?’ No he isn’t, and no he doesn’t.”
But in 2012, then-Republican Party presidential candidate Mitt
Romney solicited and enthusiastically accepted Donald Trump’s
endorsement and was singing a decidedly different tune about Trump’s business accomplishments.
