From: Sher.....If El Nino continues, all that will be needed to bring the snowpack back to nearly normal levels will be a 2015-2016 excellent "blizzardy" Winter. I grew up in SoCal and we had many drought periods followed by Winters of torrential rain in the lower elevations and huge amounts of snow in the mountains.. California (especially SoCal) has almost always had a feast-famine weather pattern. I now live in NM where we have had a 6-year "the worst drought ever remembered" (people today have very bad memories). After about a month of heavier than normal rain, we are now completely out of the drought in the Southeast quadrant and are well above normal rainfall. When God begins His rains...it doesn't take very long for the land to come back.. Please continue to pray, my friends.
