Newsweek dubbed him “The First Woman President” in 2008 for “bending gender conventions” and promoted him to “The First Gay President” four years later. Cabinet Secretary Lu and Congressman Honda argued that he was “The First Asian American President”. If you make up an ethnic group or race, by tomorrow Barack Obama will be a member of it. By next week, he will be lecturing it on why it isn’t living up to their shared values. Obama’s Jewish toadies, like his multicultural frog pond toadies of all races and ethnicities, have been trying to sell Barack Obama as a “Born-Again Jew” for seven years. Ruling just a few months after a feud between President Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the justices refused to allow Americans born in Jerusalem to have their passports changed to reflect Israel as their birthplace, as Congress demanded more than a decade ago. In denying the challenge waged by the Jewish parents of a 12-year-old almost since his birth in 2002, a majority of justices heeded the State Department's warning that a simple passport alteration could "provoke uproar throughout the Arab and Muslim world." Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote the 6-3 decision for the court, which needed more than seven months following oral arguments in early November to decide the congressional law was unconstitutional. It was the longest-pending high court decision. "The power to recognize or decline to recognize a foreign state and its territorial bounds resides in the president alone," Kennedy said, citing examples from the French Revolution in 1793 to President Jimmy Carter's recognition of the People's Republic of China in 1979. "Recognition is an act with immediate and powerful significance for international relations, so the president's position must be clear. JERUSALEM — The Supreme Court's decision to uphold a long-standing State Department policy to list only the word "Jerusalem" without "Israel" on passports of U.S. citizens born here has left many Jewish American-Israelis feeling frustrated. The ruling, which confirms that the president — not Congress — has the ultimate authority to dictate foreign policy, is viewed here as a denial that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. In fact, that's the case. It is U.S. policy that the future status of East and West Jerusalem be decided in a negotiated peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians, who are seeking an independent state and claim part of Jerusalem as their own. American-Israeli expatriates say the facts on the ground prove that U.S. policy makes no sense. "I have three nieces and a nephew all born in Jerusalem and proud to be Israelis," said Debby Duitch, a Jerusalem resident. "This is the city of their birth, just as Omaha was the city of my birth. Simple fact, if you are putting city of birth on all passports, then that is discrimination to not put it." On Monday, American expats in Jerusalem took to Facebook to voice their bewilderment. WASHINGTON -- The Supreme Court refused to weigh in again Monday on one of its most controversial topics: the right to bear arms. The justices declined to reconsider the rights of local governments to constrain that right -- upheld by the high court in two landmark decisions over the past decade -- by requiring that handguns be disabled or locked up when they are not being carried. The high court left standing a San Francisco law imposing those restrictions, but Justices Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia dissented. San Francisco imposed the limitation in 2007 under threat of a six-month jail term and $1,000 fine. The law was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, which ruled it did not violate the Supreme Court's prior cases allowing guns to be kept at home for self-defense. Those include District of Columbia v. Heller, a 2008 case that upheld the right to keep handguns at home in federal jurisdictions, and McDonald v. Chicago, a 2010 case that extended that right to states and localities. The two 5-4 decisions were written by Scalia and Justice Samuel Alito. San Francisco's ordinance is aimed at avoiding accidental tragedies. Why are Congressmen Signing Non-Disclosure Forms on Obama’s Secret Treaty ?

Obamatrade, better known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership, is a trade deal that will ….; it's a partnership between the US and Pacific rim nations that would allow …; Okay, does anyone really know exactly what Obamatrade, aka the TPP, is about? Not hardly, as this trade deal is a secret. It's so secret that members of Congress must go to a classified reading room in the Capitol to even read it. After reading it, any notes they take on the deal are "confiscated" or are left in the room. Those who have been to this classified room to read it cannot discuss; and, it has been stated, most recently by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC), that members of Congress are required "to sign a non-disclosure agreement" that assures no member who has read it will discuss it. According to former Arkansas Governor and potential 2016 presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, "Obamatrade is a secret deal that most members of Congress who support it admit they haven't been to the secret room to read the secret deal." This should come as no surprise to many Americans as the majority of Congress has followed the Pelosi mantra, "we have to pass it to find out what's in it" when it comes to bills, agreements and deals. With regard to Obamatrade, Breitbart has identified three in Congress who support this deal but who have not read it: House Rule Committee Chairman Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX); House Majority Whip Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA); and more than likely House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH). Potential 2016 presidential candidates who support Obamatrade are Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. Cruz had admitted to reading the bill; therefore, one can assume he knows what's in it. However, Rubio will neither confirm nor deny whether he has been to the secret room; instead, he gives the impression that he'll vote for substantial legislation without reading it while seeking the presidential candidate nomination.
Everyone can sit around and debate about this Obamatrade deal all day long; but, no one knows what is in it. If you look at what Obama has had his hand in during his years in the Oval Office, one could almost bet and win big in Las Vegas that the trade deal would be disastrous for the United States. As we listen to each of these individuals talk about the "secret deal" that can only be read in the "secret room," everyone seems to be ignoring the elephant in the room. That elephant is the signing of a "non-disclosure" statement amounting to a "gag" order and confiscation of notes or having to leave notes in the room. [...]

'Montauk Chronicles' is a film that I wanted to make for a long time. I interviewed 20 experiencers and ended up being commissioned by Peter Moon to write a book that became part of the series of books about the Philedelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project, published by Sky Books.
It's the chilling story of three men who claim, that between 1971 and 1983, secret experiments were conducted deep beneath the surface of the Camp Hero Air Force base, in Montauk, New York, where experiments in mind control, time travel and contact with aliens are said to have occurred. The whole story had a very dark energy about it that almost swallowed me up. I'm not surprised it had to made twice and that it took a decade to be released.
Director, Christopher Garetano began his journey in 2006, creating two different films on the subject. The final film, 'Montauk Chronicles' (2014) is a culmination of almost a decade-long investigation regarding the alleged Camp Hero experiments, during which Christopher traveled around the country to personally interview the men who initially reported their experiences, which have, over time become an underground urban legend; including Alfred Bielek (RIP), Stewart Swerdlow and Preston Nichols.
