ABORTION HAS NO PLACE IN THIS WORLD!!!

Cold,heartless and cruel, is the only way to describe Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards' comments after she stated the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (PCUCPA) "lacks compassion and respect."

Prior to the House vote which passed the PCUCPA (242-184), Richards also called the life-saving legislation "unconstitutional," and suggested it would "hurt women." Apparently the head of the largest abortion business in America forgets that preborn little girls are victims of abortion too!

Richards' comments make me want to fight all the harder for passage of the PCUCPA. I hope her words impact you in similar fashion because it is going to take a sustained effort by Pro-Life Americans from around the nation to win this battle on behalf of the unborn victims of late-term abortions.

On Wednesday, while addressing the Catholic Health Association, President Barack Obama said that his first job out of college taught him that "every human being, made in the image of God, deserves to live in dignity."

According to CNSNews, he also said that "all children ... ought to have the opportunity to achieve their God-given potential."

I certainly don't want to speak for the President, or even attempt to read his mind, but given his pro-abortion stance, he obviously wasn't including the more than 486,000 pre-borns who have been killed so far this year as a result of abortion, or the 18,000 that will be aborted this year after reaching 20 weeks of development in the womb!

What about their dignity, Mr. President? What about their opportunity to achieve their God-given potential?

Yesterday, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham introduced the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (PCUCPA), life-saving legislation that would prohibit abortions after 20 weeks with exceptions to the life of the mother, rape, or incest.

This legislation would help restore the dignity the President spoke of to tens of thousands of preborn babies who are aborted every year, giving them the opportunity to achieve their God-given potential.

Given the President's comments, an outsider might think passage of the PCUCPA would be a mere formality. Not in today's America. As I mentioned in an earlier alert, this legislation is being contested largely because abortion equals big profit for Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers. The PCUCPA threatens their robust profit margins.

  I am urging every member of our team to join me in the fight to restore dignity and opportunity for the many, many thousands of preborn babies in our nation who are slaughtered each year for profit!
