America's Only Presidential Imposter....Section 2
As I previously wrote, increasing challenges to Barack
Obama's claim of having provided proof of his Presidential eligibility forced
him to search for other ways to stifle resistence to his claim. Hawaiian
Governor Neil Abercrombie said he personally knew the Obama family, was certain
of his eligibility and would prove it by personally going to the Health Dept.
and obtaining a valid birth certificate copy. Shortly after, he publically
admitted that the only thing found in the Health Dept.files was a piece of paper
scribbled with some names, including a "Barack Obama".No actual birth
certificate, not even a "Certification of Live Birth" (hereafter COLB), which,
Obama had claimed,matched a Daily Kos website posting. How could the Daily Kos
post a copy of a document which the Health Dept. could not find for the
Governor? Answer:by using a fraudulent COLB.In 2008, the Daily Kos unveiled this
fraudulent document, a limited,inadmissable document for confirming
presidential eligibility, Obama, a former Constitutional teacher, knew its
limitations yet cited it as proof of his eligibility. In so doing, he opened the
door to challenges against its legitimacy by experts who overwhelmingly declared
it fraudulent.. Even if an identical Health Dept.copy was located that would
simply show that both were fraudulent, ineligible documents.Two wrongs
do not equal a right.
Obama knew that only a long-form "Certificate of Live
Birth", requiring approx. 41 bits of information, was valid for one seeking the
Presidency. Data missing from his invalid COLB included the birth hospital name,
attending physician and birth witnesses; important information required to help
determine one's eligibility. Also, his birth certificate number was blacked out,
ignoring the COLB's warning "ANY ALTERATION INVALIDATES THIS
CERTIFICATE". Obama deliberately lied in claiming that his COLB was a
true copy of an eligible birth certificate, a document supposedly resting in
Hawaii's Health Dept.files, for, if true, it meant both copies were ineligible
for Presidential aspirants. Obama continued his deception until April,2011,
deceiving a Nation he had sworn to serve. This was a deliberate conspiracy
designed to steal our Country by usurping our Constitution, starting with
Obama's false documents to conceal his status. Further, in 2009, he displayed a
letter he had sent to Kapiolani Medical Center in Hawaii, stating that he was
born there. Since the hospital would not confirm this he, in essence,"vetted"
himself by allowing his letter to circulate nationwide.
When Hawaiian State Senator Sam Slom asked the hospitals
chief officer, Martha Steward, if Obama's birth claim was true, she would only
confirm that a copy of Obama's above-mentioned letter(not a birth certificate)
hangs in their office, away from public view. Also, The Hospital has no public
monument to Obama's birth. Imagine, the "supposed" first African-American
President of our Nation claims a birth hospital yet cannot get that hospital to
confirm his claim.One would expect a hospital would proudly display or
acknowledge such an auspicious event....yet none did! Obama constantly refers to
himself as being "transparent" yet lied repeatedly for over two years. Criminal
acts, born of desperation. In those same years he never mentioned the existence
of a valid long-form "Certificate of Live Birth", which should have
been in the Hawaiian Dept.of Health files(but isn't) nor a copy which would have
gone to his parents at the time of his birth. He continued using his fraudulent
COLB on the Daily Kos network to justify his legitimacy.The only reason none of
the above-mentioned documents were found was because he knew none existed. Any
and all of his records, if made public, would have exposed his deception. A
simple producing of a valid "Certificate of Live Birth", if existing,
could have resolved this issue but Obama's fear of disclosure and consequent
disgrace was so overpowering that when a Georgia Court issued a federal
subpoena, ordering him to produce a valid"Certificate of Live Birth" his
attorney's firm notified the Court, in writing, that neither Obama nor they
would obey the Court's orders. Obama's usurping of our Constitution was now in
full swing! As more and more people challenged Obama's eligibility the crumbling
value of his COLB became more apparent to him. Even had it been authentic it
would have been declared an ineligible document for Presidential aspirants. It
could have helped one obtain a passport, social security number,or secure a
license to drive a car....but not a Nation. Also, if his COLB matched a Hawaiian
Health Dept.copy,as he claimed, that would simply have made both copies COLB's,
and, consequently both ineligible for The Presidency, hence Obama no longer
allows any document re his birth,schooling,etc. to be viewed by anyone.
Something,however, arose in 2010, which forced him to change tactics in
defending his eligibility.
Since 2010, various States sought legislation for future
elections, including a requirement that only a "Certificate of Live Birth" b
acceptable for Presidential aspirants, incumbent or otherwise Obama knew his
COLB would not survive close scrutiny, leaving him but one avenue of
deception....create another fraudulent document, this time a long-form
Certificate of Live Birth and claim the Health Dept. recently found it. In
April, 2011, sure enough, he said the Health Dept.found a document never
previously mentioned or offered by Obama, nor found by Gov.Abercrombie, nor the
Hospital, nor by the Health Dept. He also said the Health Dept. had sent a copy
to him which he then put on a Govt. website and personally proclaimed to the
Country as proof of eligibility...another "self-vetting" by Obama.He knew that
if he allowed his "newly found" Certificate of Live Birth to be examined by
experts this new forgery would have been exposed. How so ? Remember, in 2009 he
claimed his COLB on the Daily Kos matched an Hawaiian Health Dept.copy (now
missing from the hospital files). He never mentioned a valid long-form
Certificate of Live Birth.(also missing from those files), which, if exising,
could have saved himself and America millions in lawsuits and possible confirmed
his eligibility. How could a Health Dept.copy of his COLB disappear and, years
later, a long-form Certificate of Live Birth now be found in its place? Obama
must really consider America as naive, or is "stupid" the word? Since this 2011
"find" was immediately branded a fake by computer experts there was but one of
two conclusions. If a hospital copy truly existed and matched Obama's, it meant
both were frauds. If, on the other hand, no hospital copy was found, as the
Governor discovered, how could Obama, in 2011,again obtain a copy of a
non-existant document?
Where and when was Barack Obama born? No one in Hawaii
can name his birth doctor...no Hawaiian hospital will confirm his birth there,
including Kapiolani Medical Center; Governor Abercrombie, who promised to
return with Obama's original birth certificate, did keep half of his
promise...he returned.Unfortunately, he returned empty-handed! Do we need
a house to fall on us to understand what has transpired? Actually, one already
has... the White House! Now Obama is telling us he has received a missing
long-form "Certificate of Live Birth" from the Hawaiian Dept.of Health. Where
was this document for over two and one-half years while people were requesting
it and having his COLB waived in their faces in response? Was it lost until the
Governor stated that Hawaii had no record of it, and then conveniently found
after he returned to his office, or was it, as more and more computer experts
declared, another fraudulent document as was his COLB previously posted on the
Daily Kos site?
Barack Obama, who will not release any documents to
confirm his eligibility, had the effrontery, during the 2012 election race, to
publically state that Mitt Romney should release twelve years of tax returns in
the interest of "transparency", saying "those seeking the White House must know
their life is an open book." "Open book?" This from a man who won't even allow
page one of his open book to be viewed by anyone. Had Mr.Romney retorted "I will
show you my tax returns if you show me a valid birth certificate. Obama's
silence would have been deafening!
Thousands have received my previous letters on this
issue, yet, not one has claimed my letters are not factual.That's because I only
use facts...not falsehoods. Had Obama produced the valid documents
ordered in the Georgian subpoena this issue would have been resolved. That,
however, would have cost Obama the Presidency and that he could not tolerate.
Further letters will detail the length he would go to in concealing his
records.Coming up is an example of how our Military experienced Obama's
definition of "transparency", with his destruction of the career of a faithful
Army Officer for simply writing to him for proof that he was properly elected
under our Constitution,and, therefore, empowered to command our Military who
took oaths to obey lawful, and only lawful commands.Keep in mind
that Obama's self-vetting cannot confirm Presidential eligibility.
A few years ago, a Long Island,NY newspaper reporter,
traveling with Obama, suggested that he provide his copy of the birth
certificate,which he claimed is valid,to certified experts for
verification. A simple solution to a Nationwide controversy. Obama side-stepped
the suggestion by saying "Do they want me to put it on my forehead?"How cute, in
a cunning way. By making light of the suggestion's importance Obama undermines
the gravity of the issue and this
allows his deception to proceed forward.
