1. Repeal ObamaCare - Restore "The Consent of the Governed" - by Ted Abram
The chief architect of ObamaCare, Jonathan Gruber, arrogated the following at an October 2013, University of Pennsylvania conference:
"(L)ack of transparency is a huge political advantage and basically, you know, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically, that was really, really critical to getting this thing (Obamacare) to pass."
The consent of the governed, as opposed to monarchy or tyranny, is a modern political theory that mostly came to America through the writings of John Locke. The rulers derive their just-power by the consent of the governed, which is central to the Declaration of Independence and our great American experiment of self-governance. Read more here...

2. That Time When Barack Obama Said He'd "Stolen Ideas...Liberally" from Jonathan Gruber - by Jason Pye
The spin from President Barack Obama and his endless army of apologetic sycophants is that Jonathan Gruber never worked in the White House or the administration. 5. Where to Question AG Nominee Loretta Lynch: Asset Forfeiture and More - by Tommy Creegan
After Eric Holder announced his resignation from Attorney General for the Obama administration, the President announced his nominee to replace him, Loretta Lynch. Ms. Lynch has experience as the chief federal prosecutor in Brooklyn, NY, and has a largely apolitical track record, leading experts to believe Lynch should have no issue securing Senate confirmation. Read more here...
6. Title II: a New Way to Tax the Internet - by Logan Albright
Mike O’Reilly, a commissioner at the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), is arguing that President Obama’s new proposal on Net Neutrality will result in an immediate tax on internet service providers (ISPs), which will then be passed on to consumers and result in across the board higher prices. The statement issued by the president contains no language pertaining to anything like a tax, though, so what’s he talking about? Read more here...
7. Despite Midterm Election Results Obama Doubles Down on Climate Change - by Tom Borelli
It’s clear the results of the midterm elections have had no impact on President Obama. Instead of looking for areas to compromise with the new Republican Congress, Obama is doubling down on his radical agenda. Read more here...
