Now, the EPA wants to get its greedy hands in your wallet.
Under a new regulation, the bureaucrats at the EPA will be able to garnish the wages of Americans who violate their endless rules. They’ll take money directly out of your paycheck and they won’t even need a court order!
This is ridiculous. The EPA is destroying our constitutional right to due process. We need to act NOW to stop this power grab.

With this new regulation, the EPA has gone off the deep end. It’s not enough for the bureaucrats to destroy American jobs while our economy struggles to grow. Now the out-of-control agency wants to deprive YOU of due process.
No government agency should be able to garnish your wages without you being convicted of a crime. We can’t let the EPA get away with this.
