According to a recent story published by American Spectator, several GOP lawmakers are now worried about the potential backlash from their donations to Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS). The report says,
"Several senators are more than a little uneasy with [Cochran's] tactics, which they feel responsible for since they raised money for Cochran."
They are responsible because they knew what they were funding. Thad Cochran and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) accused Chris McDaniel (R-MS) of being a racist back in October.

KANSAS SENATE RACE
One of the senators who funded Cochran's disgraceful campaign who should be especially concerned is U.S. Senator Pat Roberts who faces conservative Dr. Milton Wolf (R-KS) in the August 5th Republican primary in Kansas.Pat Roberts not only supported Cochran's attacks on conservatives, he also joined Cochran in voting for wasteful spending, bailouts, and crushing debt.
In fact, Pat Roberts voted to raise the debt limit 11 times, he supported the $600 billion fiscal cliff tax hike that raised taxes on nearly 80% of Americans, and he voted for Medicare Part D, No Child Left Behind, the Bridge to Nowhere, and the bailout for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Pat Roberts also voted to put Kathleen Sebelius in charge of Obamacare!
The Kansas senate race is another chance for freedom-loving Americans to make their voices heard by replacing a liberal Republican with a conservative who will support and defend the Constitution.
Pat Roberts has been in Washington for 47 years and it's time for a change.
