With only 11 days until the runoff election, Chris McDaniel leads Cochran 50.6% to 47.6%, with 1.8% undecided. Chism Strategies, who conducted the poll, “asked an equal number of Cochran and McDaniel supporters from the June 3rd Primary about their plans to vote in the runoff election.” As a measure of voter intensity — the poll found that equal percentages planned to vote again and “believe their candidate will win”.
