President
Obama recently accused the nation's Founding Fathers of establishing a
flawed system of government. He used it as an excuse to circumvent
Congress and ignore the constitutional system of checks and balances to
advance his leftist agenda.

Conservatives,
Incredibly President Obama has derided the framers of our nation’s government for putting his administration's agenda at a “disadvantage” because of “structural reasons.” He again used the stalemate in Congress as a rationalization for his use of Executive Orders and repeated violations of the separation of powers.
As reported by the Washington Times, our Campaigner-in-Chief was addressing a group of wealthy Democrat donors when he told them that the logjam in Congress is because of an unfair apportionment of power in our government.
“‘Obviously,
the nature of the Senate means that California has the same number
of Senate seats as Wyoming. That puts us [Democrats] at a disadvantage,’
Mr. Obama said.
The Founding Fathers decided in the ‘Great Compromise’ in 1787 to apportion House seats based on population and give each state two seats in the Senate regardless of population. The solution was a compromise between large states and small states in a dispute that nearly dissolved the Constitutional Convention.
The president also blamed ‘demographics’ for the inability of the Democratic Party to gain more power in Congress, saying Democrats ‘tend to congregate a little more densely’ in cities such as New York and Chicago. He said it gives Republicans disproportional clout in Congress.
'So there are some structural reasons why, despite the fact that Republican ideas are largely rejected by the public, it’s still hard for us to break through,' Mr. Obama said."

Columnist Michelle Malkin aptly assessed the President’s comments this way…

other words, 'it’s a real problem for us that the Founders gave a bunch
of backwards country hicks in flyover states certain protections from
out-of-control enlightened coastal and big city liberal elites.'"

P.S. I believe that the Constitution of the United States established a God-inspired system of checks and balances to protect individual rights and freedoms from tyranny and the intrusion of overbearing government.
As Ronald Reagan famously said, "Government is not the solution to our problem, government IS the problem." President Obama’s radical agenda and corrupt administration IS the problem – not the Constitution or our system of government.
We cannot allow this lawless power axis to take any more ground! We have a duty to call for Articles of Impeachment against President Barack H. Obama.
