El Paso, Texas and along the I-10 corridor messages are beginning to appear in blunt fashion to intimidate law enforcement. Our southern border with Mexico remains unsecure with no intentions to reverse the onslaught continuing to flow northward from Mexico and destinations further south. The preponderant majority of elected officials, from both American political parties, merely engage in Kabuki theatre and talk on matters associated with the border, except six months prior to an election that effects them personally…then the rhetoric and swash buckling step up in volume and manner to lull the citizens back into a state of tranquility. Little to nothing changes along the border. The Border Wars continue. The killings continue. The drugs continue. The human trafficking continues. Rapes in the desert continue – even of young girls! Illegals making their way into America continues. Other-then-Mexican, illegals from countries extremely hostile to America making their way into America continues. Mexican military troops come across the border into American territory and hold Border Patrol Agents at gunpoint. American ranchers have their land, cattle, machinery destroyed. Little to nothing changes except the words of many politicians who struggle to locate new rhetoric sounding impressively strong against open borders and fed-up; but then it is campaign season and time to take the unsecure border of America talking points off the back burner and bring it forward for a few months.
Those Arizona State Legislators who attempt to secure the safety of Arizona business and citizens are named “racist”, and worse! Selected Arizona Legislators are targeted for hate mail and campaigns to rid them from the scene. I continue to be stunned by those who view border security, the National Security of the United States, the sovereignty of a country a racial issue. Texas Legislators face the same onslaught of hate. In Arizona, we have brave County Sheriffs who are holding the line and fighting the good fight to stem what I have mentioned above, and worse! Sheriffs in Cochise County, Arizona, Graham County, Arizona, Pinal County, Arizona, Yuma County, Arizona…and even in northern Arizona counties like Navajo County, Arizona and Gila County, Arizona – the Sheriff in each of the stated counties have deployed deputies, equipment, man-hours, funds they can barely afford in the fight against the hordes flowing northward across the border and into America. This is not to suggest other Sheriffs are not confronted with the ugly criminal element within the drug/illegal entry populations; we now know cartels have networks established in 1,200 cities across America. The Sheriffs in the Southwest are outmanned and outgunned in some circumstances, and they are fighting organizations with a seemingly endless amount of cash and other resources. The Sheriffs and state elected officials also are fighting a Washington establishment pushing to collapse the borders of the United States, both north and south, so a new North American Union can be established.
Much more than land, private property, citizen and community security are being trampled with the continuing inbound march of illegals into America. Our Nation’s Constitution, Immigration Laws which help provide order, the Rule of Law, State and National sovereignty are also being trampled upon. Our culture, founding beliefs and principles, our historic values…all intended to be compromised and rewritten. The warning to law enforcement in El Paso, Texas is that the cartels are stepping up their operations and shall become more emboldened, more severe, because you dare to stand in their way. I pray you stand firm Texas. Threatening cartel billboards warning police to choose 'silver over lead' come complete with hanging mannequins appearing in Texas ...

Hi, A lot of people are
not aware that when a Territory becomes a State there is a
contract called "The Enabling Act" that is between the
people of the newly created State and the rest of the
States. The Enabling Act lays down the foundation for how
things like the Land will be treated. These Enabling Act
Contracts are virtually all the same for every State, it's
called "Equal Footing", the idea is to make the states
equal in their ability to benefit from being a State.
Apparently our Federal Government didn't read the contract
or 81% of Nevada wouldn't be under Federal Control.

clearly aggravated when Lincoln cleverly changed the cause
of the war from Southern Independence to Slave
Independence after the stalemate at Sharpsburg in the fall
of 62. At the time he knew it was a political war gesture
as it freed no one under Union control. Lincoln joked with
the Southern delegation at Hampton Roads in February 1865,
two months before the surrender, as he recalled issuing
the emancipation as a war maneuver while he was comparing
the freed slaves to groveling hogs. His famous line of
"let 'em root" speaks volumes of the man. Now there is
some emancipator!! It's time to renew the Confederacy.

A Memorial Day history lesson - 5/26/2014
Today American's will be
celebrating Memorial Day, mostly by waving their little
American flags, grilling out, going to the beach or
getting inebriated. Sadly many will have no idea what it
represents, or how it was created in 1868 to honor the war
dead of both Union and Confederate Armies in the War for
Southern Independence. Several Presidents and Congresses
have passed measures to recognize these fallen but none
codifies the commitment as US CODE TITLE 38 which outlines
the veterans benefits (including Confederate soldiers)
with specific legal rights. Since Confederates are legally
acknowledged as veterans, why are their battle flags not
honored as well in parades and memorials this day? That
is a question or point that could very well be defended in
court if Confederates were to push back against the
erosion of their "civil rights" that have been usurped in
many ways since the NAACP declaration of war against all
things Confederate in 1991. Too few in "the cause" have
had the resources or the backbone to stand and fight for
the battle flag but perhaps attitudes will soon start to

When the War Between the
States ended, the victorious Northerners viewed Jefferson
Davis, as the former President of the Confederate States
of America, much differently than others who had served
the Confederacy. For example, when Robert E. Lee
surrendered to U.S. Grant at Appomattox Court House, the
meeting between the two generals was amicable. Lee was
received and treated with courtesy as a senior officer.
The terms were so apparently lenient, with Grant conceding
to Lee’s requests on behalf of his soldiers, the surrender
was referred to as “a gentleman’s agreement.” However,
even after signing a loyalty oath, Lee and other former
Confederate Army officers and members of the CSA
government were later disenfranchised and treated as
second-class citizens. But in the eyes of the northern
public, Jefferson Davis was set apart for still a
different kind of treatment. On May 10, 1865, about a mile
from the town of Irwinville, Georgia, Federal troops
captured Davis. With his arrest on that spring morning,
his government ceased to exist. His wife, Varina, and
their children were sent to Savannah, where she was kept
under virtual house arrest and forbidden to leave the
city. Because the soldiers, carpetbaggers and Union
supporters treated the Davis children so badly, Varina
arranged for them to go to Canada along with her mother.
Davis had been taken back to Virginia and imprisoned in
Fort Monroe, where he would stay for the next two years.
At first, he was bound in leg irons. Guards watched him
around the clock but were not permitted to speak to him.
He was allowed no visitors; a light burned in his cell day
and night; and his only reading material was a Bible. His
treatment was a clear violation of the Bill of Rights.
Many Northern Congressmen and newspapers were nothing
short of vicious in their public attacks of Davis. They
wanted to see him tried for treason and hanged. In one
article, and in one very long sentence, the New York Times
referred to Davis by every insulting comment and offensive
name that was fit to print. Rhetoric far out ran legal

gave the US Government nearly all the land in the Western
States? Did they pay for that land? Who did they take it
from? Who did they pay for it? Is it "public land" that
the public cannot use? Was "that law" also the law that
allowed the BLM and (or) DHS to be equipped like a hi-tech
modern military force to control what ranchers do while
turning their back on the Mexican border that is
hemorrhaging illegal aliens by the tens of thousands? Did
their military show of force cost more than the puny fine
they are trying to hit the rancher with and if so why
would they spend more money on that performance if not to
send a "message" to the American people that we are now
living in a quasi-police state. This is what Fascism
"lite" looks like. We can assure all those freedom
patriots who rallied to the side of the rancher that they
have been video-taped and cataloged as potential
terrorist's in any future crack down that comes along. The
statement above by Dirty Harry should not be acknowledged
by American’s without first asking those necessary
questions. Since the land was stolen from native peoples
at the point of a gun it begs the question why can’t the
rancher use it to graze cattle? The excuse of the desert
turtle is laughable because that same turtle was removed
and at times terminated when it got in the way of one of
Harry’s dirty little solar land deals nearby. This has
