AMNESTY IS NO SOLUTION - LAW ENFORCEMENT IS!

Submitted by Nancy Battle

Dear Americans, Time to Come Out of the Shadows

“We must bring them out of the shadows.” So goes the mantra from both the Republican and Democrat members of the illustrious body known as the United States Congress.
I, for one, have become increasingly nauseated hearing this refrain. I am tired of hearing about the plight of these poor people and their families being separated by deportation.

If they had stayed in their own country, rather than breaking our law and invading the United States, they would still be intact.
The “no borders” coalition will not stop until they have completely erased any semblance of a border. Hell, we’re just about there now.
The Bush clan have joined forces with LaRaza, the un-American Chamber of Commerce, Mark Zuckerberg,  labor unions and the United Nations to destroy the sovereignty of this country.
But, hey, according to Jeb, breaking our laws is an act of love.
They push amnesty, more guest workers and more visas for high skilled workers, while as of today there are 92,594,000 Americans not in the labor force as reported by CNS News
So, with almost 100,000,000 Americans out of work, we must grant amnesty to the criminals who invaded our country and provide cheap labor for the companies pushing for more visas, not to mention providing new members for the labor unions?
And, let’s not forget those poor “Dreamers” whose parents broke our laws to smuggle them in.
The refrain is, they have been educated in our school system, so we must reward them with instate tuition and make them citizens.
The question must be asked, “why are they in our school system being subsidized by American taxpayers to the tune of over $100 billion a year”?
As if it weren’t bad enough we Florida citizens were betrayed by Marco Rubio and his gang of eight amnesty bill, the Florida legislature has just passed instate tuition for illegals.
Our Governor apparently can’t wait to put his signature on this travesty.
Funny thing, they both campaigned against amnesty and illegal immigration.
According to Governor Scott, “I look forward to signing this bill,” “This is a historic day. Just think, children that grew up in our state will now get the same tuition as their peers.”
I have a grandson attending college in Florida, Mr. Scott, and illegals are not his peers.
He’s actually an American citizen residing in Florida.
I’m ashamed I cast my vote for you, but rest assured it won’t happen again.
I’m tired of being told I have to throw away my principles and vote for the lesser of two evils.
As John Quincy Adams so succinctly put it ” Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost”.
Up in D.C. the Republicans and Democrats have melded into the Progressive party with those erstwhile good Republicans, Cry Baby Boehner, Slick Eric Cantor, Loser McCain and Shamnesty Graham, just to name a few,  pushing for amnesty and Dreamer legislation.
Not one of the people working to shove this down our throats gives a damn about actual Americans.
We all have to become part of the global community. I don’t want to become part of the global community. I am a citizen of the sovereign country known as the United States of America and I intend to continue to fight you as long as I draw breath.
The progressives have for decades distorted the meaning of the fourteenth amendment to the U.S. Constitution, meant to address the issue of rights for former slaves, to give rise to the country being overrun by “anchor babies”.
According to an article by Californians For Population titled “American Jackpot, The Remaking of America by Birthright Citizenship”,  “Whether they are newborn or teenagers, children born to illegal immigrants in the U.S. are such a rapidly growing population they are driving the sweeping shift of ethnic demographics that is literally changing the face and culture of America.
The specific number of children born to illegal immigrants each year is difficult to project given the reluctance or inability of the government to accurately account for the size of the illegal immigrant population (estimates range from a low of 12 million to a high 38 million men, women and children) and the mercurial subsistence existence of illegal immigrants themselves.
Their numbers are difficult to track given actual apprehensions balanced with those elude detection and use of multiple identities and forged documents. But even conservative estimates by the Pew Hispanic Center put the number at a staggering 300,000 children born to illegal immigrants here annually.
Other estimates have the number of children born to illegal immigrants at more than a million annually.”
Read the article here.
These statistics are from an article by Frosty Wooldrige in 2010 :
  • Every year, 400,000 pregnant women, some figures show a much higher number, enter the United States illegally to birth their babies on American soil. Their children become instant citizens and their mothers become instant wards of the American taxpayer. You might say they provide 400,000 cuts to our financial systems that bleed us 24/7.
  • To give you a rough estimate of the costs:
  • average birth in U.S. hospital: $8,800.00 without complications, by Barbara Feder Ostrov, San Jose Mercury News, 6/12/07.
  • K-12 education at average rate of $9,644.00 per year per child. Breakfast/lunch provided to anchor babies at $5.00 per meal.
  • English as second language at $1,000.00 per year per child.
  • No figures for costs of medical care, assisted housing, special needs children with Autism, Down’s Syndrome or birth defects, and food stamps.
  • Bare minimum total cost to U.S. taxpayer for one child to age 18: $218,792.00
  • Bare minimum total cost to U.S. taxpayer for 400,000 anchor babies to 18: $87,526,800,000.00
  • That’s $87.5 billion dollars of your money for someone else’s kid from a foreign country that lives illegally in the US. I could not find the figures for the upkeep of their mothers, but their costs run into the billions of dollars also.
The progressives at both the state and federal level are working overtime to give away your country.
Americans, it’s time to come out of the shadows and fight back.
Stop depending on others to fight the battle for you.
We in the grassroots movement are becoming exhausted fighting this battle alone.
After all, it’s your country too.
