Detroit Man Blows Away Home Invader
image Another Detroit homeowner appears to have gunned down intruders at his house. In the latest in a string of such fatal shootings, a 47-year-old man is in custody after police said he shot two people who had broken into his home on Detroit's west side this morning.

Feds Invade Nevada Ranch, Seize Cattle in Grazing Controversy
image The federal Bureau of Land Management has moved to round up 900 of Cliven Bundy's cattle, causing an outcry over government overreach. Bundy, 68, has been in a two-decade battle with the BLM over allowing his cattle to graze on public lands that surround his farm without paying grazing fees.

Is it time to start banning knives?
image No one saw it coming... at least not the students at Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, PA. But just as the day was beginning, so was the rampage that would terrify the school. A high school sophomore brandishing two knives ran through the hallways stabbing anyone in his path. Many were injured, some critically, so do we now ban knives? Or perhaps do we look at the real problems in society?
