swindle Before they take their first economics class... before they
sit for the CPA exam... I'm convinced every last banker in America spends at
least six months interning at a proctologist's office. Because
by the time you finish one of their mile-long mortgage applications, you feel so
worked over you can't walk straight for days!
They look for every penny, don't they? They comb through your checking account, your savings, your retirement -- I wouldn't be surprised if they paid every friend who ever lent you five bucks a visit. And it's all because they're not about to lend you a nickel until they're absolutely certain you can pay it back. Well, it looks like our stoner president must have been high when they taught Finance:101 in college. Because according to a shocking new report, he's implementing the most expensive and disastrous health care plan in American history without ANY IDEA how he's going to pay for it!
The Department of Health and Human Services is BEGGING Congress to approve a whopping $600 million in extra money so it can actually execute the law Obama and his liberal Hollywood friends forced down our throats one sob-story at a time. Obama's been flashing that charming grin of his all over America, reminding citizens in what is SUPPOSED to be a free country, that if they don't sign up for health insurance, they're going to be fined up the wazoo. But that dog's bark is a lot worse than his bite, because he doesn't even have the money he needs to run the federal marketplaces and call centers you need to enroll!
And it doesn't look like Congress is about to give it to him, either. Let's hope this is the first shovel-full of dirt on the coffin of Obamacare. Now let's bury that sucker so deep in the ground that future generations never have to smell its stinking corpse. Because Obamacare was never about improving your health -- it was political payola at its worst. It was a payoff to the insurance companies that pumped cash into Obama's campaign, and to the poor, jobless Americans who line up for blocks to vote for Obama each Election Day.
If Obama -- or any politician -- really cared about health care in America, they'd scrap health insurance completely. Get rid of the paperwork and bureaucratic red tape, and watch costs sink like a stone. Washington has had its chance to run health care -- now give the free market a try. And the next time Obama shows up with his hand out asking for $600 million of our hard-earned cash, let's agree to tell him we're never going to let the White House send us to the poor house again.
