CLAIM "But let's not have another forty-something votes to repeal a law..." (President Obama, State of the Union Address, January 28, 2014)
FACT: To date, the president has signed at least seven House-passed bills repealing, defunding, or dismantling parts of his health care law, and Republicans continue to chip away at the legislative coalition he has relied upon to force his health care law on the American people:
Health Exchange Security and Transparency Act (H.R. 3811) requires the Obama administration to notify individuals if their personal information has been stolen or illegally accessed through the ObamaCare exchanges. 67 Democrats voted in favor of the measure. (passed 291-122)
Keep Your Health Plan Act (H.R. 3350) allows providers to continue to offer in 2014 those health insurance plans in effect in the individual market as of January 1, 2013. 39 Democrats voted in favor of the measure. (passed 261-157)

Authority for Mandate Delay Act (H.R. 2267) delays implementation of ObamaCare's employer mandate, which is forcing small businesses to cut hours and hold back hiring. 35 Democrats voted in favor of the measure. (passed 264-161)
Exchange Information Disclosure Act (H.R. 3362) requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make public weekly reports that describe the consumer interactions with healthcare.gov. 33 Democrats voted in favor of the measure. (passed 259-154)
Fairness for American Families Act (H.R. 2668) delays the individual mandate for one year, providing families and individuals the same reprieve President Obama granted employers. 22 Democrats voted in favor of the measure. (passed 251-174)
