that the City Council of Los Angeles used phony numbers to create a stack and
pack and traffic nightmare in Hollywood. Agenda 21 will ruled out of

implications could not be more stark. ABAG is targeting growth based on
population figures far exceeding the State Department of Finance’s own
projections, and using figures from expert Steve Levy. Levy articulates that the
figures assume all locations have equivalent constraints on population growth –
seemingly disregarding Marin’s stringent limits preventing building on 83% of
the county’s available land. Residents of Marin are finding that their county –
with cities like Sausalito, Mill Valley and San Anselmo that have small town
charm that is the envy of other Bay Area towns – are being transformed into
