House & Senate Quietly Passes Bigger & Badder 2014 NDAA

While everyone is distracted with the holiday festivities, Congress has been hard at work, screwing us over in the name of national security.   Yesterday the 2014 National Defense Authorization Act was fast-tracked through the Senate, with no time for discussion or amendments. And you know, its Christmastime, so they just passed it so that they could recess for the holidays. The new version of the NDAA has already been quietly passed by the House of Representatives. It authorizes massive spending, including $527 billion in base defense spending for the current fiscal year, funding for the war in Afghanistan, and funding for nuclear weapons programs.   The indefinite detention allowed by the original NDAA is still here, and it’s actually worse now, because there are provisions that will make it easier for the government to target those who disagree. Section 1071 outlines the creation of the “Conflict Records Research Center,” where the unconstitutionally obtained information that the NSA has collected is compiled and shared with the Department of Defense. The information, called in the wording “captured records,” can be anything from your phone records, emails, browsing history or posts on social media sites.    LINK above.

When will Speaker of the House John Boehner live up to his Oath of Office to support and defend the U.S. Constitution?
Are you living up to your oath to support and defend the Constitution from domestic enemies? Are you doing your job as the leader of the People’s House and protecting We the People from a fraud in the White House? It is time for you to launch congressional investigations into Obama’s forged ID documents or at least get out of the way and stopping blocking those in Congress who wish to do that. Your office was been given a Sheriff’s Kit by Mike Volin and his team during their visit to Washington DC last week which presents the evidence compiled from a two year investigation by the Sheriff’s Department of Maricopa County AZ (which includes Phoenix). The evidence proves federal felony document crimes have been committed! Speaker Boehner, are you living up to your solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution from domestic enemies? Are you the leader of the People’s House and protecting We the People from a national fraud being perpetrated on the nation? It is time for you to do your duty and launch a Select Committee to publicly in open hearing in Congress investigate the ongoing fraud and the crimes being perpetrated by Barack Obama. Obama Delays Individual Mandate, Chaos Predicted
President Obama announced late Wednesday that Americans whose health insurance policies were canceled as a result of new ObamaCare regulations would be exempt from the law's individual mandate, reports the Washington Post. To claim the exemption, an American with a canceled policy merely has to assert that they believe the ObamaCare options are too expensive. The White House claims the change will be limited and affect fewer than 500,000 people, but Fox News reports that insurance companies are fuming over Obama's continuing pattern of changing the rules. And Avik Roy predicts "utter chaos" in his Forbes column.
