Seattle Transit Refuses AFDI FBI 'Faces of Global Terrorism' Ad

Twelve
years after the 9/11 jihad terror attacks, it has come to this: we have
to file suit to fight against jihad terrorism, and the media calls us a
“hate group” for doing it.
Last
Thursday, my organization, the American Freedom Defense Initiative
(AFDI), through my law firm, the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC), filed a motion
asking the federal court in Seattle to order the King County transit
authorities to run our anti-terrorism advertisement featuring photos of
16 of the world’s Most Wanted Terrorists. The link to the motion is here.
Back in July the FBI ran a terrorism awareness campaign featuring bus ads depicting photos of 16 wanted terrorists, all of whom were Muslim. This was a campaign sponsored by the Joint Terrorism Task Force for the State Department’s Rewards for Justice program, or RFJ.
But then the leftists and Islamic supremacists complained that the ads
were “Islamophobic,” and they came down – and now Seattle is refusing
to allow my group, the AFDI, to put them back up. This is sharia compliance.
We
have asked that the ads be put up immediately, as the county’s refusal
to run them is an unconstitutional restriction on our freedom of speech.
Moreover, the RFJ program has been successful: Through it, the State
Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security has paid more than $125
million to more than 80 people who offered genuine information that led
to jihadis being jailed and prevented acts of jihadist terror. This
program was instrumental in leading to the arrest of jihadist Ramzi Yousef, who is now in prison for his role in the 1993 World Trade Center jihad bombing. In short, this program has saved lives.
That
may be why Islamic supremacists hate it so much. Jafar Siddiqui,
founder of American Muslims of Puget Sound, claimed that Seattle-area
Muslims called him, saying the Most Wanted Terrorists ad campaign made
them “concerned for their safety.” Shouldn't Muslims support these ads? It speaks volumes that they don't.
The
FBI is putting Americans at risk by submitting to the outrageous
demands of Islamic supremacists. It is not the fault of the FBI that the
world’s most dangerous terrorists are jihadists. That is the reality.
You cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality. Capturing these
mass murderers is significantly more important than propping up the
fictional narrative of victimhood and the nonsensical hurt feelings.
People are being slaughtered every day in jihad attacks.
