URGENT:
Border Security patriot Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) is leading the charge
on Capitol Hill to put ALL immigration reform on hold until the record
abuse of our asylum system by illegal immigrants along the U.S.-Mexico
border is STOPPED!
In documents obtained by Fox News, we have recently learned that Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been using YOUR taxpayer dollars to purchase hotel rooms for dozens of illegal immigrants
claiming asylum. Others were simply RELEASED TO ADDRESSES IN TEXAS,
FLORIDA AND EVEN AS FAR AWAY AS NEW YORK because processing centers in
the San Diego area have been SWARMED WITH ASYLUM SEEKERS.
At the Otay border crossing station, 199 individuals showed up
in ONE DAY with the "key word" to gain what amounts to a free pass into
the United States. Another 550 showed up in nearby San Ysidro. It is being called an ORGANIZED effort to get in while the getting is good – meaning before the amnesty window CLOSES!
This new surge of asylum-seekers flocking in droves across
the U.S.-Mexico border is more than 10 times the usual rate. Overall,
asylum claims have tripled during the last four years AND WE ALL KNOW WHY!
Right now, those who come to the United States seeking asylum face a one-year deadline to apply for a visa. Under the Senate Gang of Eight's bill, that deadline would be completely lifted – a change that immigration and human-rights advocates are celebrating.
These illegal immigrants simply claim "credible fear" of the
Mexican drug cartels to jump to the front of the line and then are by
and large released into the United States to await a court hearing for
which many NEVER SHOW UP! Instead, they slink into the nefarious shadows
the Democrats like to talk about as being OUR FAULT for not wanting
carte blanche amnesty! But it doesn't have to be like this… BY SECURING
THE BORDER, ENFORCING CURRENT IMMIGRATION LAWS AND FIXING THE HOLES IN
THE SYSTEM – WE CAN STOP THIS ABUSE OF AMERICA'S GOODWILL!
"The House cannot allow such actions to continue," Sessions told FoxNews.com
in a written statement. "They must use every power they have to end
this absurdity. No immigration bill should advance until these abuses
are ended."
Yet we have RINO Senators like Marco Rubio telling us – the
American people – to cut our losses and expect the S. 744
amnesty-for-all hack-job or face the wrath of Barack Obama and all of
his executive orders for amnesty anyways!
WE CANNOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP!
Because of YOU, House Speaker John Boehner has HELD THE LINE
against Amnesty – now we must TURN THE VOLUME UP as Barack Obama's
amnesty minions get more desperate by the day!
With 195 of 201 House Democrats onboard with passing a bill
similar to the Amnesty-for-All S. 744 scheme, Obama and the Democrats
are now ratcheting up the pressure on ALL Republicans in the hopes of
getting the 23 GOP VOTES needed to meet the 218 threshold to ram AMNESTY
through the House!
"Speaker (John) Boehner and Republicans in the House are in for a
big surprise this August recess. The broadest, most diverse coalition
in America are ready to welcome them home," Eliseo Medina, International
Secretary-Treasurer of the Service Employees International Union, said
at an event last week.
"From civic engagement activities, phone-banking and
participating in Town Halls to continuing our ad campaign and rallying
in the corners of their districts, we will be pounding the drums for
immigration reform," he said.
RIGHT
NOW we need to participate ourselves! It is game on with BLAST-FAXES,
TOWN HALL ENGAGEMENTS, PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS to our elected officials
DEMANDING THEY STAND WITH BORDER SECURITY PATRIOTS LIKE STEVE KING, and
RESIST THE MOB SCREAMS FOR AMNESTY!
La Raza ("The Race") is planning 360 events nationwide in 52 congressional districts and Gutierrez
is planning his own "Immigration Reform Summer" protest campaign in
more than 50 congressional districts nationwide THIS MONTH.
Silicon Valley business heavyweights are likewise entering the fray
throwing their cold cash around Washington hoping to expand their
consumer base and their cheap skilled labor pool by gaining a flood of
foreign visas, no matter the harm to America.
They all are specifically targeting anti-amnesty Tea Party
champions like Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Steve King in the hopes of
intimidating them into submission just in time for the September AMNESTY
vote… Still GOP House "leadership" is trying to straddle the fence!
On Fox News Sunday, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA)
said only that the chamber will "at some point" vote on a series of
immigration bills without ruling out "comprehensive immigration reform" –
that is, AMNESTY! So far, this series includes everything from
meaningful law enforcement to a watered-down DREAM Act to American
job-giveaway foreign visa bonanzas! And a House version of S. 744 is IN
THE WORKS!
We cannot allow our grassroots pro-border security voices to
be drowned out by open-border MOBS and professional AGITATORS, or sold
out by RINOs and GOP establishment COWARDS! DO NOT let the rule of law
be defeated by the race baiters and grievance mongers, or the craven
Vichy Republican "leadership" during these final four weeks before
Congress returns to the Capitol TO VOTE!
Even as 4 in 5 Americans struggle with poverty, welfare reliance and NO JOBS,
the Democrats – and some Old Guard Republicans, too – are pushing for
full-blown DREAM Act Amnesty for MILLIONS of ILLEGALS, including the
little pool of 'valedictorians' (100? 1,000?) and, of course, everyone
else pretty much not already behind bars without parole! They want to
make border security "conditional" on de facto amnesty,
"eventual" citizenship for the whole shebang, and Paul Ryan has already
announced a new "comprehensive immigration reform" fight in the House
starting OCT. 1!
We
need to make sure we have a true common sense border security fighter
like Steve King fighting for us in the House Judiciary Committee.
Right now, as the Democrats send their petition to fellow party members,
Speaker Boehner, and our States, FALSELY whining that by telling the
truth about the gangbangers and the drug-runners, King has "crossed the
line" – WE MUST HOLD THE LINE FOR THE RULE OF LAW!
If you missed it, in the "controversial" Newsmax interview,
King made clear that the Democrat/RINO version of "comprehensive
immigration reform" will not just benefit the few and far between
innocent, high-achieving, valedictorian "DREAMers" illegally brought
here as babes in the arms by their mothers.
"I like those people. They
pull at my heartstrings, too," King said in reference to illegal
immigrant youngsters who have succeeded in school. "But they are not
typical. They are atypical, as valuable as they are."
"For everyone who's a valedictorian, there's another 100 out
there that they weigh 130 pounds – and they've got calves the size of
cantaloupes because they're hauling 75 pounds of marijuana across the
desert," he said. "Those people would be legalized with the same Act."
And it's true!
- Nobody wants to talk about the 13 year-old American girl gang-raped by ten illegal immigrants under the age of 30 in Texas who very likely qualify for DREAM Act AMNESTY.
- Nobody wants to talk about the 93 year-old woman who had her teeth knocked out as she was raped and then murdered by the young ILLEGAL immigrant "DREAMer" who was just doing the roofing job "Americans won't do" (as open-borders porker Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC) would have us believe).
- Nobody wants to talk about the downright creepy groups of young illegal immigrant men making catcalls and lewd remarks while ogling young mothers IN THE GROCERY STORES and MARKETS of every southwestern town of our embattled border states.
- Nobody wants to talk about the sanctuary city and state policies that allowed an illegal immigrant to be CONVICTED 37 TIMES of various crimes before finally getting deportation orders.
- And absolutely nobody wants to talk about Jamiel Shaw, Jr., who was MURDERED in his own yard FOR BEING BLACK AND WEARING A RED SPIDERMAN BACKPACK by a young illegal immigrant gangbanger "DREAMer" who would qualify for DREAM Act AMNESTY under the "Gang of Eight" immigration bill – and if detained, depending on his sentencing may STILL currently qualify for it under Barack Obama's deferred action program!
But don't hold your breath for a Department of Justice
investigation of this "hate-crime" or any Al Sharpton outrage or any
call for how to sort the gangbangers and drug mules from the
"valedictorians" and honor roll students we keep hearing about…
Because didn't you know, in the eyes of the pro-Amnesty
progressives issuing edicts to these law enforcement entities, ILLEGAL
IMMIGRANTS CAN DO NO HARM.
The "comprehensive immigration reform" motto is THE MORE THE MERRIER, NO MATTER WHAT, NO MATTER WHO.
In the Gang of Eight immigration bill, gang members can simply
verbally state they are no longer gang members in order to receive
legalized status. That's it. And we know, of course, because they are
illegal immigrants they are paragons of truth and virtue, and so we can
absolutely take their word for it.
Right
now there is a proposal called "Jamiel's Law," which would "deport
illegal alien gang members from the USA" instead of "wait[ing] for them
to commit other crimes" regardless of whether or not they qualify for
DREAM Act amnesty of any kind or Obama's deferred action program.
Similarly, South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy's bill (The Strengthen and
Fortify Enforcement (SAFE) Act HR 2278) would DEPORT ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT
GANG MEMBERS.
This solid, needed, life-saving legislation is sitting on Capitol Hill GOING NOWHERE.
And that's symptomatic of the problem our republic faces on the illegal immigration CRISIS.
Those Americans who only watch CNN or MSNBC
or who are just floundering around clueless without any news – skewed
or not – at all, would happily believe that there are LEGIONS of illegal
immigrant valedictorian victim children and that we're just being
heartless and mean refusing them all the blessings and benefits of being
full-citizen Americans. That our claims of trying to protect the rule
of law and American society from violent gangbangers, drug-runners and
whatnot is a case of racists blaming a whole great bunch of kids for
just a few bad eggs.
They don't get that the problem is VERY REAL, it is DANGEROUS, and it cannot be decided just about the good kids.
The
problem is the refusal of this administration (and those before it) to
secure the border and uphold the rule of law, a problem made worse by
Barack Obama's determination NOT to even enforce current immigration
laws – and Congress' refusal to hold him accountable for this shocking
and unlawful dereliction of duty and violation of his oath of office!
According to a recent study by
the National Academy of Sciences, 70% of illegal border crossers are
successful in entering the United States. Border Patrol has caught
everything from MURDERERS to CHILD MOLESTERS – but the Obama
administration says all is secure. Add in the rampant name changing and
identity theft, and sorting out who's who and what kinds of crimes they
are perpetrating becomes even harder.
Right now in the U.S. House as part of the Republican's "out-pander
the Democrats to win-the-Hispanic-vote" daydream, Eric Cantor and Paul
Ryan are concocting "The Kids Act." This is supposed to be a "lighter"
version of Obama's DREAM Act which would grant amnesty to basically any
illegal immigrant under the age of 35 who is not locked behind bars with
little burden of proof for anything like having been brought here
illegally at a young age.
The
Democrats complain that it wouldn't legalize ENOUGH illegal immigrants
and their base DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING BUT THE TALKING POINT THAT THE GOP
HATES IMMIGRANTS AND WILL NEVER DO AS MUCH FOR THEM AS THE DEMS!
With the pro-amnesty forces now taking the gloves off and using plantation-style politics, we must make our voices even louder!
SEN. SESSIONS AND REP. KING
NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU – and so do his colleagues – because THE TRUTH IS
WHAT WILL CRUSH ANY "COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM" AMNESTY SCHEMES!
But to kill the RINO and Democrat conniving, that truth must be heard
loud and clear and FROM YOU!
SECURE THE BORDERS.
ENFORCE THE LAW.
STOP THE ASYLUM ABUSE.
THIS
IS THE REAL "COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM" THAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
WANT – AND CONGRESS CAN DELIVER IF GIVEN NO OTHER CHOICE AND NO
WIGGLEROOM!
