PRO-ABORTION JUDGES ARE NOT LEGAL! REIN THEM IN!!!

Dear Conservatives,

Can an out-of-control, pro-abortion federal judiciary be reined in?

Now, there's a new bill in Congress to do just that.

Of course, America’s judicial system was meant to be a safeguard for the people’s rights, to ensure that no matter what a majority wanted to do, there would always be someone to protect the rights of the minority.

But today, the courts do the exact opposite.

Instead of defending the most vulnerable members of our society, the judiciary has all but declared a full-out war on the unborn.

The American people strongly agree that viable, fully-formed unborn babies deserve to be protected under the law. With polling consistently showing that Americans overwhelmingly favor banning late-term abortion.

To date, federal courts have struck down 31 state laws that would have prohibited late-term abortions.

Even minor regulations on the most extreme cases of abortion seem to be too much for the courts.

For example, when Indiana recently passed a law prohibiting taxpayer funding of the nation’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood got a federal judge to issue an injunction blocking its enforcement.

The good news is that Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to limit jurisdiction of both the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts.

That’s why Congressman Steve Stockman of Texas has just introduced legislation in Congress to do just that.

And why I hope you’ll click here to sign your petition to your U.S. Senators and Congressman.

Specifically, Article III, Section 2 states:

“The Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.”

By cutting federal courts out of the abortion debate completely, the Sanctity of Life Act would finally end the judicial tyranny that sustains abortion-on-demand.

But your help is needed to stop them.

With your help, the National Pro-Life Alliance is contacting hundreds of thousands of pro-life Americans just like you to mobilize a grass-roots army to pass the Sanctity of Life Act.

Which is why I’m hoping you’ll click here to sign your petition.

I’m convinced that if we can mobilize enough pro-lifers to get behind this measure with their signed petitions, we can send a clear message to Congress, that pro-lifers demand action to rein in the judiciary.

But even though many Americans who receive this email will sign the petition, many won't be able to contribute. That's why it's vital you give $10, $25, $50, $100, or even more if you can.

Your special gift of $35 or even $100 or $500 could ultimately spare the lives of literally millions of innocent babies in the years to come.

So please click here to sign your petition at once.

And after signing, please help with a contribution of at least $25 or $35. Some people have already given as much as $500. Others have given $50 and $100.

But no matter how much you give, whether it's chipping in with $10 or a larger contribution of $150, I guarantee your contribution is urgently needed and will be deeply appreciated.

For Life,

Martin Fox, President
National Pro-Life Alliance

P.S. Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution gives Congress the power to strip the courts’ jurisdiction over the question of abortion.

And Congressman Steve Stockman has introduced legislation to do just that! Please click here to sign your petition to your two U.S. Senators and Congressman, urging them to cosponsor the Sanctity of Life Act.

After signing, if you can, please chip in with a contribution of at least $25 or $35.
