     The gears of America are shifting towards Birthers like the 18 Wheeler approaching the downgrade decline where brakes are of no more use and you can palatably smell and see the smoke rising from the wheels. When your knuckles on the steering wheel clinching become white and your heart is pounding at the corner coming up in the wonder of the hairpin turn that you hope you’ve slowed down enough to make without peeling your load off the road completely.
   The roar of the diesel engine grinds down low screaming loud in protest but you know it’s the only way of making the road ahead safely and so you’re buckled up prepared as any for the truth of the Birther corner to unfurl as America begins to connect the dots that reveal the most nefarious fraud perpetrated upon the American Republic for which we stand.   LINK
BJ3 Comment: No matter where one stands, this is totally unacceptable. The impartial solution is for Mr. Obama to shut this guy up by simply providing his own, actual, valid, rightly-certified as his"Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate"  document (reportedly sealed and vaulted at $5 million taxpayer expense).

AZ AG Horne illustrates legal path to rowdy illegals
      A contingent of illegal students — warmly referred to simply as “dreamers” in the pro-amnesty Periódico de la República de Arizona (Arizona Republic) — hammered Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne, demanding he drop a lawsuit against the Maricopa County Community College District. Horne graciously agreed to meet with them and their supporters at his office on Thursday. At issue is the executive order allowing illegals who received federal work permits under Obama’s 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program to pay in-state tuition.
      In the state of Arizona, that order, which bypassed Congress, was predated by Proposition 300, passed by a stunning majority of 71.4 percent of Arizona voters in November 2006. It stipulated that college students who are not legal U.S. citizens or are without lawful immigration status must pay out-of-state tuition, and that such individuals are not eligible for financial assistance using taxpayer funding.   LINK

   The Obama Administration has given a former director at the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) nearly half a billion dollars to offer “struggling” Illinois homeowners mortgage assistance, a Judicial Watch investigation has found.   It means the ACORN official (Joe McGavin) will go from operating a corrupt leftist community group that’s banned by Congress from receiving federal funding to controlling over $445 million in U.S. taxpayer funds.  The money is part of a $7.6 billion Treasury Department program to help the “unemployed or substantially underemployed” make their mortgage payments.   LINK

Under Subtitle F, Part I, Section 1501—the individual responsibility requirement to maintain minimum essential coverage—individuals must be “a member of a recognized religious sect” that doesn’t participate in Social Security.    According to a January 2011 Heritage Foundation WebMemo, they must pay no Social Security taxes and receive none of the benefits, in accordance with Section 1402(g)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code. The religious exemption applies to any person who is a member of a “recognized religious sect or division” with “established tenets or teachings” that would forbid that person from accepting public or private insurance. Thus the Amish, who believe in taking care of their own elderly and don’t participate in Social Security, are exempt, as are Mennonites and Scientologists.  LINK

BJ3 Comment: As many of you know, our personal view on the related below is that we don't know if he is "natural born citizen" , POTUS eligible or not...because he has yet to publicly provide HIS OWN, ACTUAL, reportedly sealed and vaulted (at $5 million taxpayer expense), VALID, RIGHTLY-CERTIFIED, ORIGINAL HAWAIIAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE. All that's been "released" (and none by him) are two electronic images, one INVALID (says so on the document) and the other NOT CERTIFIED as his "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate (plus the word "THE" in the "certification" is spelled "TXE". And you can't go by what he says because he too did not witness his own birth or conception.  So how would he know?
   The really unsaory part is that ALL republican Congresscritters who were contacted by their constituents (thousands at the least) to demand his Birth Certificate (as described above) REFUSED.
